A little disappointed with house keeping they only clean every other day witch is fine but on the days they didn't clean we could of used towels and garbage bags daily witch they didn't give us we had to ask for. The base boards were dirty bathroom floor was dirty didn't see like they mopped it in awhile. Breakfast was good pool restaurant was good the people at the pool bar where nice

Fantastic stay! Staff was friendly and helpful, guiding us to delicious restaurants and any other local questions we had. The location is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and using the vouchers for lounge chairs and an umbrella was easy. The buffet breakfast and happy hour offered great variety. The room for 5 for us perfectly. Highly recommend.

I did not liked anything about this experience with Expedia especially when I arrived in Puerto Rico. I would say that’s when I experienced the worst service starting at the airport, the rental, and our hotel. I need to file a complaint about this specific trip. I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn and Suites. I don’t like that you have to pay for parking but they did provide us with free breakfast daily and Happy Hour from 5:00-7:00. I also wish there was a place to hang wet bathing suits in the rooms.
