Amazing property, lots of space! Close enough to many must sees and dos in PR but far enough from crowded places. Quiet and peaceful, the home is equipped with everything you can possibly need- including beach accessories. The wrap around windows was a plus and the host response and attention was appreciated. Would recommend and rebook without second thought.

Wonderful property! The house was huge. Located 5-7 min drive to Luquillo Beach. Great terrace. Quiet evenings. Centrally located for easy day trips to Fajardo, El Junque and San Juan.

Beautiful property

Gorgeous house in great location in Luquillo near beautiful beaches and Luquillo food kiosks. House was spacious and very clean, with pool table and games. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

A lovely home base

The hosts were wonderful, and we enjoyed our stay as a base for visiting El Yunque and Old San Juan. The backyard avocado tree was a highlight. Check out the restaurants and shops in nearby Palmer - Degree 18 and Bungalu were fantastic, and several gift shops there were as good as/better than many in San Juan.

Above and beyone

As I drove my 4 girls towards the property, they were more and more anxious because their surroundings were not like home, but once we got inside they (and I) were thrilled. It was so spacious and had everything we needed. If a place has enough towels, you know they just know what is needed! The gate didn't work when we arrived and Mary sent Jeff over in a jiffy (15 minutes) to get us in and he drove us straight to the property since we were in late and it was dark. The next morning we slept in and Jeff had left fresh avocados on our doorstep from the tree outside. You definitely need a car if you are staying at the property - everything is accessible but takes a 15-30 minute drive to get to; farther to San Juan. Neighborhood chickens woke us up each morning, which I found endearing, but bring earplugs or white noise if you will not find it so lovely. We didn't run the A/C at all while we were away and it kept a nice temperature inside. The kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and beach supplies were more than we expected or needed. We always felt safe and private at the house. A wonderful stay!Notes for host: You're short on spoons and cereal/soup bowls.

Parents grandparents and kids

All together there were 7 of us. 3 kids. Parents and grandparents. We really liked the place quiet and private. Private entrance to the neighborhood. Really liked the height ceilings and space. Some nice amenities in the bathrooms and big kitchen and living area and balcony. Everyone enjoyed themselves. There are wild roosters in the area that can be load somedays but if u make sure and turn the fan on the white noise will drown them out. The roosters are around the island so I thinks it’s an issue everywhere. We went around the whole island to beaches and bio bay and fishings rainforest etc. favorite beach was probably jonos which is on the other side. Cabo Rojo was my favorite but since hurricanes a few years ago there’s no way to drive to it. Luquillo beach is maybe 10 mins from the house and has food music and is ok but kids loved Azul beach which is only 5 mins away. So great for young kids just wanting to biggie board. It’s perfect. Clean and wide area of low depth beach with fun waves. We had the best time of the trip there.

Excellent stay
perfect location!

We traveled to Puerto Rico over the holidays with our family (three kids ages 10-17) and this place was perfect for us. We had to navigate the island-wide power outage, but there was a solar battery backup which was huge. Mary and Jeff were also flexible in allowing us to come a day early. We also ended up staying a day late to avoid a winter storm on the back end! Their restaurant recommendations were fantastic — we tried Bungalu, La Fonda, and Mi Vida and all were great. And this location was perfect for all the activities we had planned (rain forest, beaches, bio bay, fishing trip, day trip to Culebra). Definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay with family

Our family ages 8-50+ stayed for a week in the top floor, 3bed, 2 bath unit. The home was clean and spacious. Lots of natural light and great views. The location is in a quiet gated community but a short drive to anything you can think of and so many beaches. The beds are very comfortable . The gas grill worked well. Everything was perfect except the washer dryer appliances. The dryer did dry. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place to stay to enjoy Puerto Rico!

The property was beautiful, exactly as in the photos! Being lulled to sleep by the Coqui frogs is what I'll miss! The property was clean and inviting and stocked with everything we needed. From hand soap to cooking pans, from coolers to sand chairs, we were well taken care of! The property managers, Mary and Jeff were accommodating and quick to answer our questions. We will recommend staying here to everyone who will listen!

Nice Stay

Great hosts, very responsive to questions and support throughout our stay. The home was just what we were looking for. It was very spacious and a good place for young children to play. It was wonderful to be nearby El Yunque and just a short drive from the beaches and Old San Juan. Some of the outside amenities at the home need attention as they were not really in usable condition (the washer/dryer, which was critical to us as parents of small children; less critical, the outdoor grill was not usable). Gate was only closed 1/6 days we were there, so if you're looking for a gated community, it was inconsistent, though we always felt safe.

Open and Airy Space

Beautiful place

Great place! The neighborhood is very nice and secure. The house itself is very large and beautiful with lots of amenities. Everything was as advertised. Communication with the host was exceptional, very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!
