I’ve stayed at this property multiple times, easy check in process, staff is responsive to texts. The hotel is located in a very centralized area, you’re close to everything. The rooms are good too.

The cutest property. The supermarket is 24 hours and its across the street. They have a plaza across the street with food as well. We felt super safe and there is so many options down the street for food and drinks. The staff responds super fast. Towels were provided quickly as well as other toiletries. The pool was great and onsite washer and dryer were super convenient.

I stayed here for a weekend and it was so convenient. The room was clean and the property owners were super attentive. Everything is handled electronically so I was able to get into my room immediately after landing. The beach is nearby and finding street parking wasn’t so bad. The room had nice amenities and was spacious enough where it felt like home. I wish I could’ve stayed longer, definitely recommend!

Love this apartment! Perfect space for 2 people! Very clean and comfortable. This area felt very safe and we were able to walk to local restaurants and even dessert shops. Loved staying here and will definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting to stay here!

The check in process was seamless and easy! The staff was super responsive via messages and was constantly in touch with updates when needed. The area was quiet and beautiful. Parking wasn’t as hard as we thought it would be and we found parking fairly easily. The 24 hr pool was awesome for the stay in nights but you do have to explore a bit to find it. There was a washer and dryer in our unit and it was wonderful to be able to wash all laundry before flying back home. Remember this is PR and it is an island and much of the infrastructure isn’t the same as mainland US so be prepared for lower water pressure and differences in plumbing… as paper products cannot be flushed. Other than that it was an amazing apartment and I would definitely choose this property when returning to the island it was central to so many things and so walkable to discover PR. It is a much more affordable option to hotels without sacrificing any luxury as all appliances and tech were in excellent working order.

This place was terrible because when I showed up the room seemed to be the size of a closet. To make matters worse I couldn’t sleep they the night as there were people walking past my room at all times of night laughing and having conversations. You can hear everything as if they were actually in the room. Brutal! Only good part about this place was that it had off street parking, places to eat and a grocery store very close by. But man, not even an elevator. Had to carry 3 suit cases upstairs after arriving at 2am tired. I had to book a whole new place and never got refunded for anything here. Terrible experience. It was like staying at a hostel.

I like the easy access to restaurants and that the area is pretty safe and walkable. It was also walking distance to the beach. I think the rooms are well equipped and maintained. However, I would add hooks in the bathroom for the towels. Overall, I would recommend the Mona Loiza for your stay.
