This house is a 5 minute walk to great bakeries, restaurants, and just a 10 minute walk to Isla Verde beach. Relax in our pool, sip drinks on a pool side bar, enjoy our BBQ, don't miss a beat on your work out with our exercise area, and have access to a great a fully stocked cooking-ready kitchen. We are 4 minutes from SJU airport, and 6 minutes from Old San Juan.

This four bedroom house is fully air conditioned, has a covered garage, an outdoor covered workout area, a fully stocked kitchen, a front yard with grass and a front porch with a fan. We have a spacious indoor living room with a very large sofa, and an outdoor covered living area with a large sofa, a BBQ, and a shuffle board game. The outdoor back yard has a pool, two outdoor lounge chairs, an a bar with barstool with poolside seating.

A whole-house generator & huge water cistern safeguard us against most storms.
