This hotel was ok. First the not so good. No microwave in the room which was tuff. Especially because of the food being so expensive, we couldn’t bring back to warm up. There was a leak from the ac I believe on the ceiling. The beach that’s advertised is not private at all. People come from outside from the street because it’s off of a highway. Now for the positive. The staff was extremely sweet and very friendly. All smiles and very professional. Ok location.

Very poor service. Front desk staff were disdainful of concerns. I spoke to two managers about various concerns without resolution. No options for dining on the property. I have stated at the hotel in the past but it has not been maintained at an adequate level. Would not return.

Wonderful stay and I enjoyed the $50/day credit toward Starbucks, food and drink which offset the resort fee. You also have access to The Hilton Garden Inn, which has a great quiet pool and immense seating space with hammocks and chairs, overlooking the bay. The staff is really friendly and willing to help.

The property is a bit dated, but I can see that they are doing renovations to bring things up to date. The staff were all fantastic, friendly and so helpful. Everyone speaks both English and Spanish. The area has a great vibe with many people out walking or jogging. Several good restaurants in walking distance. We would stay here again.

This was my third time at this property over the last 10 years. It has not aged well. I understand upkeep is expensive but there were some simple things that could have been done to Spruce it up. A little repainting. Removing trees growing out of the roofs of the pool house.
