Everything was great just 1 elevator. I had a nice room on the 5th floor but breakfast worked well and so did everything else. Gym had a sauna and steam room Hottub was great Clean place Nice shower I had a king bed…. Looking forward to another visit to one of their locations while traveling for work. Pour house walking distance

A bizarre experience. Our room had a wet carpet, so we requested a room change. New room had a wet carpet. Front desk kept calling and insisting that the original room was #219 when it was actually #313 (which I clearly recall because it's my area code). Apparently someone had left items in #219. Only one elevator so long waits there. Long waits at front desk as well.

Really pleased

The check in was quick, the suite was clean, the bathroom was clean. The bonus was a welcome drink and appetizer as well as some wine tasting. It was also within walking distance of downtown and restaurants.

Excellent hotel and even better value. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom was renovated, spacious and well fitted. Breakfast buffet was above expectations for three star hotel. Close to downtown. Only complaint is the single elevator which was always busy. We were on the second floor and soon discovered the stairwell.
