The place is run down. I know they are doing remodeling but our room was worse than a Motel 6. The carpet was so stained I didn't take my shoes off. The wallpaper was peeling everywhere in the room. The curtains had stains on them. For the price I paid the room was not acceptable. Plus the location is at the end of town. It is not walkable to anything. If you are flying in, it's a great location. Otherwise, I should suggest you stay somewhere else.

For starters there was NO communication about this place being renovated upon checkin, booking and arrival, until i saw the signs at the property, saw the courtyard from the elevator torn apart and the pool and spa were drained as well. Honestly this hotel should be closed until the renovation is completed. The room was really dusty from the construction. It was quite possibly the most run down room I’ve ever stayed in- complete with peeling wall paper etc. The bathroom was filthy and had mildew on the ceiling also the shower head sprayed out of control. Side note the construction started at 7am on a Saturday and apparently starts at 7am, 7 days a week! Not ideal if you want to relax or sleep in a little. Super disappointed.

Our room and entire floor smelled of possible mildew and/or water damage. The shower drain was broken so we had to put something to keep it lodged open. And significant mold stains in restroom. Was not aware the hotel is going through major construction. Only 1 elevator was working. Construction workers and tools are loud. No pool. No gym. No lobby. Won't be finished for a long time. Staff was super nice and helpful. 10 stars for them.

Nobody told us they are under construction. The dust and dirt was everywhere. We didn’t even have a shower curtain when we arrived. They should at least lower their prices during all this mess. We travel to this hotel many times a year. We will not be staying here again.

I would rate it ZERO stars if I could. I cannot believe I actually paid to stay at such a dump. I would really like my money back. The place is under construction and it should be closed. The room we got assigned, looked like it was something from 1970s. It smelled bad (dirty carpet) and had a very out dated half broken bathroom. The door to the bedroom was completely busted and wouldn't open or close. A complete disaster, the elevator barley worked and staff was just careless. Do not waste your money here.

This hotel is undergoing major renovations. One part of the hotel is closed. The part that is open is poorly maintained. Carpets are dirty. Bathroom is old and fixtures not working well. Shower drain is slow. Pool is closed. This would be a major disappointment if traveling with kids.

This hotel is doing a major remodel, pool, lobby area, restaurant is being remodel. The pictures of the future style look great but there is a lot of noise every single day including weekends. It seems like they are on phase one of four phases and won't be done till around April of 2026. Just know this is you are planning to stay anytime soon. Room rates are good just know there is a price to pay.

I wish I could upload pictures. When we checked in, we discovered the hotel was under a MAJOR renovation that started at 7:00 am on Saturday. There was no lounge or bar, and the "dining room" was an outdated meeting room that had been converted to a dining area. There was one waitress and an older man who wandered around. The food was edible, but the eggs tasted like they were from a box, and the coffee was served from a thermos in paper cups. Our room, #408, a king bedroom suite with a balcony and a fold-out couch, was obviously the room that time and hotel management forgot. The paint in the room was chipped and old. It had mismatched, leftover, damaged, dirty furniture, unfinished doors, and two small waste baskets. The "couch" was two dirty, torn chairs that converted to twin beds. There were HDMI cables running from the TV, down the wall, over the front door, and behind one of the chairs. The balcony was covered in hundreds of dead bees and hadn't been cleaned in forever. I took a hand towel from the bathroom and cleaned the filthy table and chairs of duties, bird crap and spider webs. When the renovations are done, this room will perhaps look like the other beautiful rooms we saw while passing open doors on the way to the broken/noisy elevator (the one not used for the construction crews). But for now, I will not be visiting this particular Radisson ever again.

We booked it one line but nowhere did it say they were under construction/ renovation and all the amenities were not available to guest. No gym, pool etc.. You look forward to those amenities when yoy are away from home.
