The TV didn’t work for our stay. We were told that if we rented movies that they would not be charged because we had no tv however they were charged and I had to go to the lobby to have them refunded at our check out. I was charged twice for the parking fees which are ridiculous to begin with and when I tried to speak with the person at the front desk about it, she dismissed me as if I was lying. Now I have to go to American Express for a refund for the additional $20 for two nights of parking. The carpets were filthy, our feet were black just walking in the room. Despite the hotel being mostly empty these few days, we were placed in a room directly next to the housekeeping closets. There was a ton of noise and there housekeeping carts blocking the way to our room both days when we came back from lunch and dinner. Honestly I’m extremely disappointed especially because this hotel came recommended by someone. We won’t be staying here again.

The front desk lady was friendly. Lobby had water and coffee. I didn't go in the pool. My daughter said the jacuzzi was awesome. Each room had a fluffy robe for guests. It was a nice overall stay.

One clerk was friendly, one bit so much. No acknowledgement of our prepaid parking permit. No acknowledgement of their beautiful ocean front area or apology for restaurant being closed. Bed seriously needs to be replaced!

Clean room, my only complaint is bed placement vs slider/ window. If the bed was placed on the opposite wall, the neighbor wouldn’t be able to step onto their balcony and look right into someone in the bed. Not much privacy with the curtains open.

I considered this an overpriced, "motel". It had no elevator for a third floor room, no daily maid service, peeling wallpaper, no info on neighboring restaurants only those in town. Had to request fresh towels and replenished coffee supplies. Nice grounds along the cliffs but parking was charged for. Will make a different choice in the future.

The Hotel was good. We did have some guests upstairs who woke us up in the middle of the night at 2:30, and they startled us. Actually, I was nervous about saying anything directly to them as they were extremely loud. Not sure why no one asked them to be quite at that time of the morning. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.
