The overall experience was excellent. The house is exactly that way it’s portrayed online. The check in process was easy. I only had 2 minor complaints. The first issue is the upstairs TV did not work. The property manager fixed them issue promptly. The second issue, we paid a pretty hefty cleaning fee. Housekeeping needs to set it up a little. There were crushed up Takis in the downstairs fold out couch. The bed in the master bedroom had hair on the sheets. Other than this stay was amazing!

Enjoyed our stay at Grover Beach for Cal Poly graduation weekend. Easy directions, Old Juan's restaurant nearby, and plenty of sunshine. The house was great - matched description and we were all comfortable.

Great Location

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had all the amenities. Space was sufficient. Location is perfect. Steps to the beach, close to ATVing, nearby restaurants. Shops were close by. The house is kind of quirky where it combined two units into one by leaving a door unlocked. We mostly used the upper level while lower level was just as a breeze way to the laundry. There was another tenant onsite. Which we didn’t expect. We also had to pay for drying our clothes which has never happened.

Masters graduation

We rented this place to have enough room for all of us but not to break the bank. The house was nice inside and quick walk to the dunes/beach. The neighborhood was quite eclectic but it didn’t matter much as we were in Paso Robles or SLO most of the time. We enjoyed our stay.

Great family geyaway

We came out to enjoy the beach and get to know our sons new girlfriend. And it was great, we got to go down to the beach every day, we walked Pismo Pier and even went to Avila beach! The house was a great place to relax in the evenings. All in all we will be coming back hopefully soon!

the location was great, check-in process was annoying. We requested the information to get in and it took hours to hear back and it didnt even work. A lockbox at the house would be helpful for obvious reasons. The was decently clean but not clean to where is felt comfortable. We were never able to get the wifi as it wasn't listed in the house nor did anyone respond when we asked for it.

The property smelled like the home had been closed for months. It was dirty, no shower curtain, stale and old condiments, filthy coffee maker, patios and bbq area were filthy. Unbelievable this would even be considered a vacation rental. When I contacted property management regarding my concerns (also provided pictures and video of the issues) the response was, “the cleaning company resined after hearing your concern”. I was extremely disappointed.

We stayed at this house for our wedding anniversary. It was such a wonderful location at a reasonable price. The walk to the ocean was 1 minute. My family had a great weekend. Thank you.

Awesome house

We had an awesome time and the house was wonderful! Had issues trying to pick up the keys but the check in rating is based on having 2 kids under 2 after a long 6 hour drive and so was frustrated! I would suggest more attention to detail from the cleaning crew The dishes were still in the dishwasher when we arrived and there were ants in the master bath, the stairwell railing broke as soon as we got there and the light in the stairway did not work! Nothing overwhelming The house was close to the beach just a short walk!!’

Perfect location!

Everything was EXCELLENT! Perfect location. Within walking distance to the ocean. We rode bikes around the neighborhood which was rather fun. Very clean. Loved that the upstairs and downstairs have their own separate living spaces and kitchens. So perfect for two families vacationing together.

So close to the beach!

This property was good for our party of 4 which included my husband, son, sister and myself. The house is 1/2 block from the beach so that was awesome. We caught the sunset every night and it was beautiful, but windy. The after hours check in was really easy and check out was quick also. The beds were pretty hard and bouncy but acceptable for a few nights. I wouldn't count on the pull out sofa upstairs for a bed. It sagged so bad as a couch I can imagine it would be worse pulled out. That would be my only complaint, the house could use some updated furniture. There was really nowhere too comfortable to sit but we spent most of our time at the beach and on the go. The kitchen was well equipped for our stay, which honestly didn't involve much cooking. But if we had wanted to, we would have the right supplies to do so. Hopefully they update the information sheet on the fridge, it had an outdated wifi password and old info about taking the garbage to the street. I did mention it at check out so I'm sure they will update it. Overall we all enjoyed our stay in Oceano and the house suited our needs well.

Great location

There was more than enough room for my family and the location was great. It was just a short walk to the beach for a bonfire night which was what I was looking forward to do. The price was pretty fair. There were just little minor issues like the shower curtain in the master bathroom fell off when trying to just slide the curtains to one side and water was super hot but all easy fixes from property manager I'm sure. 1 start taken away from cleanliness as the downstairs toilet was not clean(flushed) upon arrival, might have just been an oopsie, but everything else was clean. Overall we all enjoyed our stay, definitely could have stayed longer.

The beach house getaway

This is the perfect house to experience the amazing beaches of pismo. Location is easy to get to and in a perfect location compared to the price of others. Just half a block from the beach, easy to walk to and from the beach. The house provided more than enough space. Looking forward to renting here again in the future.
