Great little place, fantastic location.

Great little motor hotel. Staff is very nice. Rooms are comfortable, with modern furnishings. Fire pit with seating out front. Beautiful view of Morro Rock from upper floors, but be aware there is no elevator. Across the street from Dorn's, a great local place. One block up from the Embarcadero for great jobs and restaurants. I'll be back.

This place isn't very impressive from the outside, but the rooms were clean and the decor masterful in its design. The views from the room of the nearby Morro Bay rock were impressive.

Worth it!

Nice renovations, small water damage above shower and bath fan didn't work but other than that the location is perfect! Close to shopping, food and the beach isn't far

they call me few days before I confirm my staying to give me the room number and when I came to change the room number and also everybody got welcoming gift not me and a reception was very rude and not welcoming

If you stay on the ground floor, the car lights/sounds and people talking at night can be annoying because the parking spaces are literally right in front of the room doors and the window/door blinds have large gaps. The walls are also thin. Otherwise the place is nice and we enjoyed the fire place heater in the room.
