Bright living-dining room with access to terrace and private garden with direct access to the green.
Magnificently equipped American kitchen and laundry room.
The first floor consists of a main suite with dressing room, shower room and large terrace with splendid views of the golf course, as well as two other bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the roof, you can enjoy a very spacious solarium terrace.
High-end design furniture and high-quality bedding.
The garden and terraces are south-facing, so you can enjoy the generous Andalusian sun throughout the year.
Two private parking spaces in front of the house.
The residence has a large and magnificent swimming pool (it may be closed due to drought), a relaxation room with a billiard table and a fitness room with sauna.
A quiet and relaxing environment for a relaxing stay in a green setting, but close to the magnificent virgin beach of Alcaidesa and the port of Sotogrande, where you will find many bars and restaurants. A short distance from the prestigious golf courses of San Roque, Valderrama, La Reserva and Alcaidesa.
