Open plan room is bad idea. No privacy in bathroom. Massive gaps might as well not have the glass door at all. Room service came at 17:00 and we left room at 10:00 , this is unacceptable. Spa and indoor pool available only by appointment unheard of. Location ok. Very bad english communication with staff.

Small rooms but comfortable.

Clean room, nice breakfast. Front desk staff, Miriam, the best. Gave Us a good recommendation and Isidro make a Restaurant reservation. Raquel is kind of rough to be in front desk but is ok. Great stay. Recommended.

When Europeans say "Adult Only" they actually mean couples, not friends sharing rooms. While the hotel is very nice, the rooms have glass exposed showers and bathrooms, so if you need a bit more privacy, this is not the place. And the loghts from the bathroom and shower area light up the rest of the room so be warned if you don't want to wake up your roommate in the middle of the night. Otherwise, great if you want a romantic weekend with your spouse or significant other...

Great walkable hotel. Rooms great clean and lovely staff. Quirky layout tea and coffee in the rooms only negative is that if partner visits the toilet in the light and turns the light on it shines through the glass panel behind your head. Some noise from the apartment adjacent to the hotel but would stay here again

Single ply toilet paper; no washcloths or tissue; no streaming tv; badly designed shape of room, angles made no sense and offered no privacy between bed and bathroom. Gym was not air conditioned and they charged for extra water in the room. Staff was helpful at the front desk.

Good hotel overall, pool is nice. My room in particular was very small and you couldn’t walk around the bed, which felt harsh for the high price. People were lovely, breakfast was underwhelming, so skip that and go into town.
