The apartment Ensanche stands out because of its location, the sense of space, the gorgeous views and the good quality of the amenities it offers.
It is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, next to the Old Town"s main area and the Zurriola Beach.
It is a spacious and very quiet accommodation which has three bedrooms, two perfectly equipped bathrooms, a large open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette and a hallway used as a study area. On entering the apartment we find the open plan lounge-dining room with kitchenette. It is a cosy and bright room thanks to the French windows and an enclosed balcony with gorgeous side views to the river and Zurriola Beach.
The lounge area, of rustic style with an amazing stone wall original from the building"s construction, offers two comfortable large sofas and a French door while the dining area, situated by the second French door, has a practical table and chairs in perfect harmony with the modern kitchenette. The enclosed balcony situated between these two spaces, is the perfect area for you to relax during your stay in San Sebastian.
The kitchenette offers top of the range electrical appliances, complete kitchenware and a separate laundry room.
On the other side of the apartment Ensanche we find the three double bedrooms and the hallway. The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom perfectly equipped with an original and spacious shower cubicle. The second bedroom has two single beds while the third bedroom has a trundle bed. These two last bedrooms are connected by a sliding door. The three bedrooms offer spacious wardrobes and they have French doors with direct access to a long balcony over the bright and peaceful block courtyard. The second bathroom at Ensanche is located in the corridor between the lounge and the bedrooms and it"s also perfectly equipped with a shower cubicle.
Ensache also offers Wi-Fi Internet system and double glazing all throughout the apartment. Due to its location, quietness and great space as well as the amenities it offers.
