A spacious balcony and a fenced garden offer a unique panoramic view and create a place of peace and relaxation.
The interior of the flat impresses with its bright and modern design. An open-plan living/dining area with an elegant living area, flat screen TV and decorative accent wall invites you to linger. A high-quality fitted kitchen, complete with dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso tab machine and fridge with freezer compartment, as well as a dining area with cosy sofa, dining table for four and wall cupboard full of books and games, promises sociable hours.
Outside, a covered terrace invites you to enjoy wine and delicious food.
