There was no lne at the front desk for about 15 minutes when we arrived. We had been traveling for a few hours so needed a rest room but none were anywhere. The room was dated and the hotel had a chemical smell emanating from the empty pool. It just felt a bit scruffy and neglected though you do get whay you pay for.

The staff made my stay comfortable and went beyond to see that I had what I needed. I arrived during the first winter snow and was given a room on the bottom floor right near the entrance door so carrying my luggage wasn't such a chore. The rooms are large and well maintained. Both the morning and evening staff were friendly and accomodating. When the washer failed to spin my clothes, Elizabeth dried them for me and brought them to my room all folded! I am planning to relocate to Sandpoint and will stay here while I find a place to live. Thanks for making my stay memorable.

The staff is like family. They took care of me. They're all very good people. Very accommodating and provide local recommendations. Room clean and comfortable. Building is quite outdated, but it's been updated and rooms are comfy and easy distance from everything. Price is very good.
