Room was still kinda dirty, dried vomit on the remote, lots of hair in the bathroom still, the room smelled like musty feet all the time, only entrance was the front door so the walk to our room was long. Really outdated room, bathroom floor was very sticky, the smell was strong throughout the entire hotel. Hardly any outlets in the room, the tv didn’t work really well, so we didn’t really use it very much. Will not stay there again. The staff was pleasant but the stay was not.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!This hotel seemed like a nice hotel. The reviews seemed okay, but with it being Memorial Day weekend, prices were outrageous for other locations. When we got to this hotel, neither of the computers at the desk were working. They had no rooms with one bed left, even though I booked our room about a month ago. When we made it past the front entrance, we entered this hallway which was filled with mayflies. The doors, windows, and lights were all swarmed with these bugs. It was absolutely disgusting. We hurried up the stairs, where there were even more bugs. The room itself was clean, nothing special. The bathroom was a little gross, neither of us felt comfortable showering in the shower because it didn’t look the most clean. For the beds, they were very uncomfortable. They were hard and felt like spring mattresses. The pillows were also extremely flat. There were no bugs in our room, thank goodness. In the morning, there were people standing outside of our room just yelling and fighting. I did not feel safe at all. When we arrived, we hurried in because there were a lots of people walking around outside that just seemed off. I did not feel safe in the parking lot or in the hallways of this hotel. The pictures are very very deceptive. It looks like your average hotel: nice lobby, nice rooms, nice bar, but it is very far from that. The lobby is the only “updated” part of this building. The bar is not open. They don’t show the scary hallways or swarms of bugs.

Carpentry and paint work is horrible and look like a little kid did it. Bathroom was disgusting, there was pubes everywhere and mold. I wish I didn’t waste my money there. Then were I parked the workers parked inches from my truck and there’s a whole parking lot. I deserve my money back and rather sleep in my truck then sleep there again.

I booked this hotel over a few other local ones because it had slightly higher ratings. After staying there, I can't imagine why. The sign out front boasted "newly renovated rooms." My room must not have been included. The problem started with Expedia, who gave me a worse rate than I would have been able to get walking in the door. They also charged me extra for breakfast, which was included in a regular room rental. The room itself was quite shabby. Stained carpet, stained bed spread, and a bathroom in poor condition. The toilet rocked when sat on - not properly attached to the floor. The grout on the tile floor in the bathroom was mildewed and gross. Lots of "repairs" made in the bathroom look like they were done by a child. For the rate charged, this room was not even close to a good value. The staff was friendly, but seemed disorganized. Every night when I returned, my key no longer worked, so I had to get it re-coded. One morning another guest walked into our room. The front desk had checked them into our room while we were there. I can't help but wonder if that had happened multiple times while we were gone, which would explain our keys not working each night. Overall a very disappointing stay. Probably one of the worst chain hotels I have had the displeasure of staying at, especially given the price.

Do not stay here!

Absolutely the WORST customer service ever! I pre payed and also pre placed a card on file for damages to which days in deducted from my card! All I had to do was grab my keys, the gentleman at the front desk had no record of any of this and demanded a card be on file for another $50 to which I had already did in my pre booking and even showed him the link! Told me that was no their policy. Oddly a couple came in behind me and he never mentioned one word of this. Hotels.com called and tried to speak with them and would not give a name. I had to drive 4 hours home with kids! Unreal and still refusing to give me a full refund! Do not stay with them
