Clorine smelling hotel and rooms

Horrible experience as for the rooms and room service. The room smelled like clorine, when asked to spray some roomspray. They didn't have any, beds, bedsheets bathroom all were stinking like clorine.

Better than expected.

This building is only 4 years old and looks brand new. We only stayed overnight, so did not use any facilities. The room are quite spacious. We were told that coffee is offered 24/7. The breakfast was great. As others have commented, there was a lot of choices for the hot breakfast. I will put this one on our list of hotels we would definitely stay at if in the area again.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was good and there was lots of parking. This bed was super comfy and the pillows were soft. Would recommend and stay here again.

Very clean and super freindly staff. It was half the price as the same chain hotel closer to our venue about 10 miles away. Breakfast was great and we woukd stay here anytime we need to be in Sandusky.

Loved our stay here . Except for the busy road that was in front of the hotel. Had a hard time sleeping because of all the noise. Otherwise everything else was wonderful. The employees were very nice and breakfast was very good!

Surprised and Delighted

After just spending two nights in a Hilton in Columbus, we were so surprised and delighted with how much more family, friendly and accommodating this hotel was. We needed a wheelchair accessible room and the bathroom more than met our needs. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again on our visits to the area

I gave it 4stars instead of 5 because when checking the bed, I noticed the mattress pad on one of the beds had not been changed in sometime. The backing had started to deteriorate, and it was actually stuck to the mattress. The fibers were in twined and stuck. We went to the front desk and they quickly changed our rooms and apologized.They were polite and accommodating, moving us to a new room. The next room was perfectly fine.
