First off the house is beautiful and our host Barbara was absolutely amazing. She helped with everything!! The house is an older house I feel and it needs lots of updates and repairs but the thing that was the worst was that there were sand flies and they were everywhere we could not enjoy the pool. We could not enjoy the beach, Access the beach chairs, hammock we were getting bit up constantly. I felt they were more like fleas but was told they were sandflies. Just horrible. They really need to spray or something to help with that.

Breathtaking views!

We were a group of 14 adults that recently stayed at Casa Q. The home is a short drive from the ferry & was super clean upon arrival. The home comfortably sleeps 12, with one bedroom featuring 4 twin bunks to accommodate up to a total of 14 guests. The room featuring the red bunk bed set is more of an office space without a door, however, we were able to improvise some privacy. The pool was clean and the grounds in relatively good shape. The kitchen was stocked with necessary tools and appliances, along with a BBQ grill, and there is a washer and dryer.The house manager Barbara, was nothing short of fabulous. At our request, she ensured the home was pre stocked with food & drinks. Barbara made the effort to check in with us during our stay, and provided assistance promptly when needed. The Sandy Point beach area is stunning and clean. Most days it was just us without another person in sight. The water was beautiful and calm. The pool is quite large (the volleyball net should be replaced), and was also clean.There are some beachside chairs plus a few with cushions that surround the pool.We mostly ate at the house due to the size of our group, however My Dee's was awesome for dinner. We hired Merrica as a private chef for a celebratory dinner as well, it was awesome.The home, while accomodating, does show wear and tear. Regardless, it was spacious, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Casa Q - Incredible Villa

We loved the home and the island. Would absolutely come again and stay. Barbara, the Property Manager, was incredibly helpful with getting us initial groceries, answering questions, lining up taxi, etc... We flew in on Caicos Express from Provo and took the Ferry back. Both are very easy. Have nothing but good things to say about the house. If you are looking for a spacious house away from the crowds this would be an excellent choice.

Engagement Party Week

We loved the property and the area. The listing was not truthful. The Roof top lounge, the grill didn’t work, and the table top fireplace didn’t work either. The shower/bath didn’t work all week in one of the bathrooms so we had to share the Master Suite bathroom with another couple which was extremely inconvenient.. We had a group of 12 people and we were in the pool every day, not once did they come and clean it or shock it. The pool was cloudy and really needed to be vacuumed. It really is a shame that we dealt with all of this. This was a big vacation for all of us and it wasn’t cheap. When you pay this kind of money to stay in a place that has these issues it is very disappointing and really makes us second guess using VRBO again.

Great remote spot to vacation for large groups

This place was in incredible. You have to fly into Provinciales, take a 15 minute taxi ride (which the concierge for this Josie will set up for you,) and take a 30 minute ferry ride (also set up by concierge upon request.) We had a rental car waiting for us and drove the short drive to the house. Once we were there, we never had to leave. Perfect pool. Ping pong table. Our own private beach. Billiards. Games. Books. Views. Everything. It is not perfect. It is subject to the weather and elements, but it is incredible. The house is gorgeous and well stocked for our meals for 14 people three times a day. They have both kinds of coffee maker. We brought a lot of our food and liquor in checked bags. There’s a grocery store called KJs about ten minutes away. Five minutes further is Niques, a little bigger. There was the cutest outdoor dining at Baracuda Beacg Club and. Adam y restaraunt called Cilantros. The island is quiet and safe. There’s no traffic and very few people. The people we did encounter were so kind and hospitable. There is not night life. There’s a bar or two but if you want clubs etc, this is not the place.we walked the beach without seeing other people every day. We saw another family on the beach a ways down twice. The stars at night off the roof top area are magnificent. The temperature of air and water match well and there is always a breeze. We warned of mosquitos at dusk and after it rains. This is true but not awful. It was all around epic.

Perfect Place

Michael & Ransel are incredible. They helped us with transportation, food, recommendations and were very kind. I cant say enough about how good they were to work with. Thank you guys. As far as the house goes you have to keep in mind that you are on a very secluded island and you cant get much unless you bring it. Yes the house could use some touch up and repairs but all and all it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable, clean and well kept. The house was very clean. The bathrooms were clean the kitchen was great. (they need some sharp knives) but we really enjoyed the house. Thank you!

Michael and the Sandy Point crew were incredible hosts, extremely hospitable and helpful, and the house and pool are great for large groups, with vibrant blue seas footsteps away, secluded and private.

The house manager Michael is amazing....so helpful and an excellent communicator. All of the people he lined up to help us - the drivers, the boat transportation people, and the chef were friendly and responsive. These connections are key because the house is quite isolated. The house is set on a beautiful beach with clear green water and soft sand. Our only issue were the bugs which were quite aggravating. I don't know what can be done about that, but it did impact the enjoyment of our stay.

My family (3 generations including a toddler) stayed here for 10 days dec- early January. The house and location are absolutely beautiful! It is no lie when you hear that Turks and Caicos has the most beautiful beaches in the world. We had a wonderful time! We had a private beach and rarely saw any other people. My husband and I walked and danced on the beach at 1 am most nights. The view of the stars and the sound of the water were amazing! This house is in North Caicos and there is not a lot to do on the island. For many activities you will need to take a short ferry ride to providencialis. The last ferry back is at 4:00 pm so if you book activities, keep that in mind. We had food delivered most days from Miss B’s. The food was delicious and it made it very easy on us. There are a few small grocery stores on the island so we didn’t bother so much with getting groceries from the IGA on providencialis and shipping them to the house for just a 10 day stay. Only other thing I can think of is bring bug spray. I am not complaining because I would take the bugs any day for the house and beautiful setting, but we all left with hundreds of bug bites. We didn’t really notice them so much when we were getting them but afterward we were all pretty itchy. If you are looking for a quiet, breathtakingly beautiful location- this is the place! We travel extensively and this is only place we have gone where we said we would go back again soon.

Paradise just as described

I had a large group (11 adults and 4 children) stay at the home during Thanksgiving week. It had plenty of room and the pictures really do it no justice. The house was in great shape with all of the amenities that you need. The star of the home is the backyard with private beach. It is secluded and absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. Thanks to Michael and the house staff for taking care of us and cooking a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner!!

A lot of inconveniences and no solutions

We leave after 10 days vacation, without any resolution of some important inconveniences: - cooktop worked only partially; - pots were dirty and not suitable for the cooktop; - the swimming pool water was really cloudy (it was difficult to see the bottom of the pool); - the maintenance service did the insect repellent treatment only after 10 days and most of us had 30-40 bug bites; - after 5 days we had no current water for 10 hours, the good water arrived with auto-cistern only in the afternoon of the day after But the real disappointment derived from answers and attitudes of property and intermediary. They promised to solve all inconveniences more and more times, but at the end nothing had been done, a real joke

Wonderful time...off the beaten path

Casa Q is in a beautiful spot on North Caicos. The house was perfect for our family of 12. We had the grandparents, adult children and 6 grandkids ages 20 to 10. The "kids" all stayed downstairs and enjoyed the pool table and watching movies and playing games at night. The beach is calm, clear water, shallow and the pool is huge! The house is well kept and had everything we needed for cooking food. FYI...we got the email for the Graceway IGA and they sent us a food list so we were able to plan meals ahead and order groceries that we're ready when we arrived. We stopped at the store on our way to the ferry and picked up our boxes of food. If you plan ahead you can bring things like Keurig K cups, popcorn, oatmeal and baking powder etc (we wanted to bake cookies and that was one thing we were missing lol) since all of those things are so much cheaper in the US. Peanut butter was $13 so we brought our own. We also brought packets of ketchup, mustard and mayo that we bought on Amazon. We had the best boat day ever with Carribean Cruisin charters. John was an awesome captain, he took us fishing, snorkeling, jumping from the top of the boat and to iguana island, which is beautiful! You will definitely have a long travel day to get to North Cacos and it feels very remote but once you get to the house you are good to go! Unless, like us, you want to see more of the islands...it's an easy 45 min drive to middle Caicos. So glad we came!

Great stay

We just returned from a week long trip and had a great time with a group of 11 adults. The house is well equipped with everything for a great time. We cooked in the house and had a chef there for breakfast each day and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal for a big group. The beach is truly your backyard and is really beautiful. A word of advice, the bug situation is pretty severe on Sandy Point - there is no amount of bug spray, coils or incense to escape them. This has nothing to do with the property, it’s just part of the island life on North Caicos. The hosts were available at a moments notice and helped us to coordinate everything everything and anything needed to make our trip memorable and enjoyable. Definitely recommend.

Our stay at Casa Q was outstanding. The communication with management as well as the owner was constant and thorough. Traveling with 14 people with an age range from 86-2, could have been challenging, but the management company made it very easy. Upon arrival, the house was spotless. We had a fabulous time on North Caicos! The house was exactly as marketed online, and the beach was absolutely gorgeous. The property manager was available and helpful and special thank you to Michael who was such a huge help and a great tour guide! The island is definitely quiet but we enjoyed that. We liked having easy access to Provo, and we had fun exploring North and Middle. Definitely recommend! One downside was the bugs
 hopefully the homeowner will be able to figure that out soon, definitely bring lots of bug spray.
