As can be seen in the pictures, this unit is fantastically appointed, featuring a large kitchen with peninsula, multiple flat screen TVs, granite countertops, brand new bedroom furniture, high speed wifi, and smart keyless entry.

Note- The Sanibel Surfside complex does not permit smoking in the individual unit or its lanai, also there is no smoking near cabanas. Per association, no smoking (including e-cigs/vaping) anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Sanibel Surfside is now a 100% smoke-free property.
