Wir können es nur weiter Empfehlen.Liegt sehr Zentral,alles ist schnell erreichbar ob Einkaufzentren Wie Ausflugziele.Für Kinder gibt es jede Menge Spaß und auch ein schönes Wellenfreibad.Wir waren mehr als zufrieden.

Toller Urlaub, tolle Gegend.

Eine sehr schön gelegene, ruhige Ferienwohnung. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, unvergessliche Abende auf der Terrasse. Tolle Wanderwege und tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Vielen Dank dafür.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Eine super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Man kann sich jeden Tag frische Brötchen bestellen und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Vermietung war sehr gut und schnell. Für unsere kleine Tochter wurden Bettchen und Kinderstuhl bereit gestellt und im Garten hatte sie einen schönen kleinen Spielplatz, der eingezäunt war. Auch für unseren Hund wurde eine Decke und Näpfchen hingelegt. Die Lage im Ort ist ruhig. Wenn man mit einem Kind etwas unternehmen möchte, das nicht nur aus Wandern besteht, dann muss man im noch kälteren Frühjahr öfter mal eine Stunde Fahrt in Kauf nehmen. Das einzige, was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war die Couchecke. Das Sofa und die Sessel sind nicht sehr gemütlich, aber das ist ja auch Geschmacksache. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.

Schöner geht es nicht mehr

Auch unserem Hund gefiel das Quatier sehr gut. Wir waren mit dem Quartier sehr zufrieden. Kurze Wege nach Passau oder Arbersee oder in den nahen Wald; was will man mehr. Das Wetter war typisch bayrisch weiß Blau bis sonnig.

Familienurlaub

Von der An- bis zur Abreise wurden wir sehr gut betreut. Jedes Anliegen wurde schnell beantwortet. Die Ausstattung für einen Urlaub mit zwei Kleinkindern war ebenfalls gut (Wickelauflage, Sicherung der Steckdosen Spielgeräte,...) Die Versorgung mit frischen Brötchen durch den mobilen Bäcker war super und lecker. Der fußläufig gut erreichbare See mit kleinem Strand, Beachvolleyballfeld und Spielplatz war neben dem hauseigenen Spielplatz sehr schön für unsere beiden Kleinen zum spielen, toben und baden. Auch die Angebote in der Umgebung z. B. in Grafenau (Kurpark mit tollem Spielplatz, schönes Freibad, Sommerrodelbahn,...) und Spiegelau (Waldspielgelände) sind mit Kindern empfehlenswert.

Erster Kurzurlaub mit Kind

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt und waren sehr zufrieden mit der FeWo. Das Schöne war, dass auch für unseren 4-mon. Sohn alles vorhanden war. Sehr saubere, schöne FeWo! und immer sehr schnelle Antworten per Mail in der Vorbereitung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Attention aux vices cachés.

Au premier abord, la location est correcte tout est présent dont on a besoin. Mais les points négatifs apparaissent après : - La porte du frigo qui quine a chaque ouverture, le bruit est tellement fort que cela réveille les personnes qui dorment dans la chambre à côté. D'ailleurs ça nous a fait écourté notre séjours - Pas de compartiment de congélation dans le frigo, on doit descendre dans le sous-sol ou il y a un congélateur commun, pas pratique. - Dans la salle de bain plein de poissons d'argent autour des toilettes c'est ragoutant. Je suis désolé pour le loueur mais en fin de compte la location n'était pas si top que ça.

Urlaub mit kindern

Der Urlaub war wunderschön. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Wohnung biete ausreichend Platz. Ein größerer Spielplatz war in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schöner kleiner Ort. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Praktische FeWO in optimaler Lage für den Winterurlaub

Sehr schnelle Buchungsbestätigung (auch last-minute), problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, das meiste ist in der Wohnung vorhanden und funktioniert. Gemütliche Beleuchtung fehlt ein bisschen in Wohn/Esszimmer, da zudem kaum Sonne ins apartment strahlt.
