An amazing Villa in a great Location

11 of us rented the villa in August for a 30th birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. The villa was exactly what we were looking for, very spacious, great pool area and out of the way enough so that we were not disturbed. As mentioned in previous comments there is no air con in the villa which would make it a more comfortable stay however you soon get used to it and for the amazing price you really can’t complain. The villa was very well kept, and the cleanliness was to a high standard. Each room had towels and fresh linen. Over all we are extremely happy with our stay and would visit this villa again.

Great villa with everything you need apart from air con!

Lovely villa, great size although sleeping for 12 is fine, but can imagine squeezing 14 in makes it a little more uncomfortable if they are all adults / older kids. The path at the side of the property takes you 10 mins to walk down the hill until you reach a residential area and then another 10 mins to the seafront / other shops. There is a small Spar on the main road a bit closer but closes for siesta. Well recommend a visit to Sa Soca restaurant on the main road no more than 5/8 mins walk. The beaches aren’t great in San An, let’s be honest, but if you have such a great villa and pool then a 1 day visit out for a change of scenery is probably about right. Recommend a trip to the Lidl at the other end of town to stock up (an easy 40 mins walk) but get a taxi back for €10 and you have stocked for a good few days. We loaded up for 1 BBQ also at the Villa which again was really good. Avoid the Mexican tapas restaurant at the beach, good beer but food a disappointment. If you can find it, and it is a long walk past the White Rabbit, but go and find Kumharas restaurant. The food was the best we had, great venue by the beach with amazing sunset. Way better than the high price of €35 per head min spend at cafe mambo or cafe del mar. A total con if you ask me. My first ever Villa holiday and I have to say I loved every minute of it

Brilliant

This villa is lovely. Very spacious and has everything you need. Security is tight and everything well managed. Staff were great at Ibiza Villas , very attentive and will definitely be recommending. The owner of the villa is also a great guy that wanted nothing more than for us to feel at home in his villa. Absolutely over the moon with our stay there and cannot fault any of the companies we booked through!
