Good house for larger groups

The house is clean and spacious. The garden area is very private It's about a10 minute walk to a large supermarket and 20 minutes to the beach. Essentially it's 2 houses that can be used as one so there are 2 kitchens and living rooms. Useful for kids to watch TV or play away from adults cooking dinner. It would be good if the owners updated some of the furnishings....sofas smell mouldy and curtains are very faded. The sofa covers do not stay on. Shoe racks and coat hooks in the hall would be useful. The lightweight bed quilts would not be adequate in cool weather but I imagine blankets could be provided if needed. Some new chopping boards and better knives would be useful in the kitchen. There should be some beach/pool towels. THE POOL SHOULD BE FENCED so that families with young children can let them play outside safely. It would be great if some basic provisions were stocked...dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, washing up liquid, soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Oil, salt and pepper etc. It's wasteful for each set of renters to have to provide these things. A basic breakfast of bread, jam, tea and coffee and milk would be wonderful for late arrivals. The wifi did not work.
