Sa Morada - Three Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 4
This wonderful villa located in Sant Llorenç Des Cardassar welcomes 4 guests.
At this fantastic property, you will find all the comforts you can imagine.
You will be able to cool off in the huge salt swimming pool which measures 12m x 5m and has a depth range of 0.2m to 2.5m or sunbathe on the sun loungers, while the little ones play and run as they please in the extensive garden. On the porch of the terrace you will find a dining area where you can extend the evenings in the company of your loved ones after preparing a delicious barbecue available on the property. The house is fenced and the privacy is total as there are no neighbours nearby.
Inside this two-storey house, you will find a fantastic and bright living-dining room equipped with a fireplace, AC, Smart TV and satellite TV where you can gather all together. The kitchen, open to the living room, has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably.
When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the three bedrooms with heating and AC available. One of them, located on the ground floor, offers a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other two, located on the upper floor, have one double bed and the other two single beds. Two bathrooms serve the accommodation, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. You will be able to use the fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is known for its peaceful atmosphere and its proximity to the coast and the mountains. Among its main points of interest are its 18th century church, which is an example of the Mallorcan baroque style, and its weekly market, where you can find fresh local produce and handicrafts. In addition, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty of the region, including the nearby beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, and the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana. It is also possible to make excursions to the nearby town of Manacor, famous for its cultured pearls, or to visit the Mondragó Natural Park, which is just a short drive away.
