Great location for exploring santa barbara. Car parking on site. The room we stayed in could do with refurbishing, but was fine overall. Great breakfast selection and super friendly staff on the desk. Glad we stayed here instead of a 'cheaper' hotel further away from downtown.

Not a good place to stay if you want to get away. The room I stayed was stuffy and damp. I turned on the ac and set it on high but the ac did not blow air as it should. Very weak. I called front desk and they sent someone to check it out but he couldn't fix it. I opened the windows but the hotel is located next to a big street and all night you could hear loud cars and motorcycles. It was one of the worst stays I have had. Vacations are for getting away and relaxing. This is not a good place to stay if you want to do this

Expedia doesn't include what type of room I booked in confirmation email. Goodbye expedia. Got put in a strange room by utility closet with staff always in the way. 1 bed instead of 2 which we needed. Room had strange bathroom where shower water just goes everywhere. Nice location, but have stayed at nearby hotels that are much better.

Staff was friendly. Upon arrival we always check the room before bringing our belongings in. At this hotel the door was ajar. Although the room appeared clean we went back to the front desk told them and requested another room, which they did. Prior to going out I checked the windows and they were all unlocked. The following morning we discovered ants in the bathroom. All of these things were reported when we checked out.
