Property location was perfect! Watching sunsets at the beach which is two blocks away and dinner at boathouse magical. Three wonderful bedrooms. Our bed was the most comfortable of any Vrbo which shocked us because we’ve never had a bed where we slept so well. The outside area was so nice. Garden with a fireplace and wonderful jacuzzi. We took our bikes and the bike path is right there. The hiking path at the end of the cul de sac was perfect to walk our dog. Place was totally dog friendly. The kitchen has spices and everything you need. One of the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at. And we will stay many more times!

This is a beautiful property! We loved being able to walk to the beach. After exploring the area each day, we'd relax with wine and cook dinner. Really a perfect spot for girlfriends spending a long weekend together.

Overall, the place was beautiful and accommodated our group well. My main complaint is that the smell of marijuana was strong and wafted into back bedroom when ever the windowed open. I think it’s coming from the neighboring house.

Lovely stay

We had a great time at the property, very nice home, quiet location, short walk to the beach and beach side restaurant. The house is very well equipped, kitchen, bathrooms .. nothing is lacking and the beds are super comfortable. It was nice that the property is pet friendly, our son and family lives in SB and they could come over with their 4 legged family member for dinner after work. Close enough to town for outings during the week and we really appreciated the backyard and BBQ .. overall a very beautiful week stay. Thank you

Great location, bright and clean house!

The house is everything you see in the pictures—and so much more! It's located in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from one of the most beautiful dog-friendly (even off-leash) beaches in California. Cozy and perfect for a relaxing stay!The hot tub is actually newer and more modern than it appears in the pictures

Enjoyed the house much. Very convenient to all places we wanted to go. Kitchen was good to cook in since we cooked a holiday dinner. The coffee was great. Very nice and clean except for a couple of pots that needed rewashing. Definitely recommend!

Pleasant stay at Arroyo Burro

Clean and easy place to stay. We didn’t have a need to communicate to the management, so really can’t comment on that but the VRBO app doesn’t allow a blank rating. Quick walk to the beach and busy restaurant right there on the beach. The location was a little far away from the main part of SB city for my taste, but for some people that might be a bonus. Walking distance to Douglas Family Presetve and Elings Park.

Perfect location. Great outdoor space!

We stayed here with our two grown children and their partners over a long July 4th weekend. You can walk to the dog beach and it is about 12 minutes into Santa Barbara town. The beds were comfy and the kitchen incredibly well stocked. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were much enjoyed.

Fantastic Property

We stayed here with family for UCSB graduation weekend. This is a great home in a nice residential neighborhood near the beach. The unit was incredibly clean and in perfect condition. The jacuzzi and gas grill were added bonuses. The kitchen is well appointed with pretty much everything anyone could need. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend!!!

Great time in SB

We had a great time at this property. It was well stocked with everything you need to enjoy SB and this home. Hendry’s beach was a fun easy walk and the restaurant there has yummy food! We also loved walking in the preserve. Beautiful vistas from there enjoy and lots of dogs. The hot tub was nice to come back to and the kitchen had everything we needed. The store is an easy drive from the house for anything you could need. It was great that our two teens got their own rooms (comfy beds) and we enjoyed playing board games that were there. Would love to stay again when we are back in SB!

Lovely Home, Great Location

This house was perfect for our Santa Barbara visit. Great space. Well appointed. Wonderful location. We took many wonderful walks down to the beach and on the nearby new path.

Perfect SB Location

We rented as 4 adults and 2 young children. This property completely met our expectations. It was very clean, check-in was a breeze and the property was spacious and comfortable. Even though our stay was in February, we were able to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor patios. The outdoor fireplace and patio heater made for a comfortable dinner an evening when temps cooperated. The mattresses were very comfortable; something very important to us fir our two week stay. The kitchen is adequately equipped for meal preparation. It is very well equipped for making and serving cocktails and appetizers.🙂 There are no dishes or utensils for children nor pack in play available so plan to bring your own. One of the absolute best features of this property is location. This quiet dead end is less than two blocks from Hendry’s Beach which is popular for dog walkers and lovely for walking and beautiful sunsets. There is a restaurant right on the beach. (There are those who sunbathe there but it is not the best SB has to offer.) There are trails for walking 1 block in either direction from the house and the property is an easy walk or VERY quick drive to Elings Park and its many trails. Any SB restaurant or shopping venture is no more than 10-12 minutes. Wi-fi was excellent. There are four large TVs although we never turned them on in beautiful SB. We will absolutely not hesitate to rent this property again when visiting along with additional family members.

This property is very pleasant, great location near beach and parks. The property manager at Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals was not helpful at all. I would not rent from this company again.

Relaxing beach location

This was a great house just up the street (a short walk) from Hendrys Boathouse and the beach. Just a 7min drive from all of the downtown chaos etc but nice that the grocery and whatever needs you might want are nearby. We would definitely come back. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood.

Loved staying at Campanil. Property Is super cute and had plenty of space. Location is amazing. Within walking distance to beach, hiking and biking trials. Short drive to downtown and major attractions in SB. Would absolutely stay again!!
