Spaceous room, room still have carpets thus have a hint smell of the old room. However, it is cleaned and convenient. Nice balcony to seat outside. 3 mins drive to Mission Santa Barbara. Restaurant is right down stair and serving good food. A few homeless wonder around, they are nice not bothering anyone at all, but we saw this issue every where

They had roaches, no microwave in the room or the diningroom. The pool area was unkept the pillows on the lounge chairs were dirty. This place needs a total cleanup and redo!!!! It's disgusting. My last memory of this place was so nice. But now, it's horrible!!!!!

Fabulous hotel in Santa Barbara

This hotel is fantastic all the way around. Their restaurant on premises is fabulous. If there is one feedback for improvement, albeit a minor one, it is to update the shower stall to prevent water flowing over. The shower curtains are not entirely fit for purpose.

Liked the pool...it was clean and (I think heated....) And the courtyard was nice with lots of trees and plants. The tap water tasted terrible...but I think that is the city, not the hotel. The wait staff was kind enough to fill water bottles with filtered water from the restaurant. The floor in our room seemed rather dirty. My socks were gross looking if I walked around the floor at all.

I’ll take a pass on the Lemon Tree next time

I stayed here once before, and it was fnice we had a decent room but this time this room and the amenities are just not up to par. While the check in was good and it was clean I wont stay again. Needs improvement - No paper coffee cups - No seating other than a desk chair - Holes all over in the drape to the patio - TV only had apps with no instructions on how to view local TV figured it out but took a bit of effort - If you moved on the bed it squeaked - No microwave (though it was not advertised to have one) - Patio table was in its last leg wobbly and unstable -Overall dated, room was like a step up from a motel 6 Nice -courtyard was pretty -nice to have a patio -Staff was nice -pool -Easy to get to

Close to the Mission. Nice area.

We asked for the two room family suite - a king in one room and 2 queens in the connecting room. The rooms were very spacious and had a large shared balcony overlooking the central court an pool area. The pool was olympic size, great for laps at the end of the day. Located on upper State Street, it was very close to the Santa Barbara Mission. The downtown restaurants and shops would be a bit far for most to walk, although I enjoyed the two mile stroll through the lovely neighborhoods.

We love to stay at the Lemon tree! The outside area is amazing and the pool was so clean! The rooms can use a little upgrading but over all we love it there! The staff was very friendly and accommodating!

Not very clean.Very outdated. Too expensive. More like a cheap motel. Water in shower didn’t go down and dirt came back into bathtub. Disgusting
