Not bad but a couple minor issues

Room was fine and facilities were good. But there were a few inconveniences. The price was really good though so we were happy to have an affordable place to stay. Some pros: They provided clean towels, soaps, etc. The pool looked good but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Some cons: The room was kind of dirty when we arrived with debris on the floor. When we left for cleaning a lot of the debris on the floor was still there. I do not think it was ever swept or vacuumed. There were no dressers or drawers and no place to put our luggage. No closet either. It looks like when the room was last remodeled, they removed the sink from the bathroom and put it outside because there was a large empty space in the bathroom. Where the sink is now should really be a closet or dresser. We left our luggage on one of the beds during our entire stay because there was nowhere else to put it. And we had to live out of the suitcase the entire stay. The room was small so we couldn’t leave it on the floor. No luggage rack provided. It still worked out and was ok for our purposes though. Plenty of parking. Check in and check out was easy. Unfortunately one of our key cards never worked, even after taking it back to get reprogrammed. Make sure to bring ear plugs because the walls, ceilings, and windows let in a lot of noise from your neighbors.

A prison experience

Well we had to use this hotel because we were stranded with our car. We were told the room was facing the ocean better be described as facing the freeway. Very noisy and not well insulated. Our room was up on the third floor almost like a prison cell. The smell inside the room was of cigarette and gutters. No detergents could reduce it. I am glad it was only one night. But had to pay 180$

Hairs everywhere

Honestly it was a very bad experience, when I got to the check in office there was a long line, there was only one person working, she has a lollipop on her mouth the whole time , very unpleasant,and unsanitary, also the room card maker was broken, so we had to wait a while,,, When we did get our key, we got a room on the second floor,, we didn’t expect that there was NO elevator, my mom has a hard time going up or down stairs, she has asthma :( , so that was an inconvenience, also when we finally got to the room,, it was dirty, seem like they didn’t sweep, there was hairs everywhere on the floor, I even have pictures of it, I had to clean them up, I went to tell the girl in the office and all she did was give me a towel to keep cleaning. Will not stay here ever, very bad experience! No Microwave in room, no closet space, too expensive for the room space.

Pleasant Stay

First time staying here and was pleasantly surprised. From the front office staff to the lady cleaners their service was terrific! We will definitely be coming back. Not to mention the price (affordable) when compared to others in the area.

first night we didn't sleep much because freeway was too loud. we were moved to back of motel and slept good. third night we got back from graduation and our room was flooded under sink area. we had to move again to another room. finally got to sleep last night there. terrible inconvenience.

Affordable and located near desirable areas. Motel was located near busy and noisy freeway. Expect to hear cars and trucks passing by 24/. My room was small and smell really stuffy. Had to run the AC to get rid of the smell. Nothing special about this place. You get what you pay for.

The staff was excellent, very warm, welcoming and helpful. The room was average at best and expensive. The bed was uncomfortable and only two very small pillows on the bed. The shower was not great either and the shampoo was for whatever reason really hard to open.
