overall the property was clean, liked the free breakfast. We appreciated the person at the breakfast area, she was by herself, and it was packed. When it should of been over, she had to wait on some people that where still taking their time. She was kind and didn't complain. I commend her for her friendliness and commitment. We were very thankful for her professionalism. Hard worker and a great asset for your company. Thank you.

We arrived and checked in after 5 hours of driving the woman who checked me in was great. We get to the room the door wouldn’t open. I went to the office to notify them of the issue and they told me to wait in the hallway outside of my room until maintenance is able to get there to help. At this time my fiancée called the office to complain in which Maintenance came and open the door while on the phone and explained that we have to turn the doorknob and use our shoulder to open the room. My fiancée asked for a room change cause we shouldn’t have to use our shoulder to push open our door. They did give us a room changed and I went down to the office to get the new room keys. After I left the Front desk I sat down in the lobby next to the entrance. A few minutes go by then I hear the younger lady at the front desk say my name and room number apparently she thought I had left the lobby and she started talking bad about me and my fiancée and she made rude remarks about my fiancée calling to complain in which we had every right to but it was very unprofessional and disrespectful to talk about paying customers while thinking I had left already. I wanted to confront her but I didn’t because I didn’t want to chance losing my stay after 5 hours of driving. No customer should be ever feel humiliated because staff wants to belittle us in front of other customers thinking that I had left.

Won't be returning due to smell and pool

We chose this hotel because it had a heated pool and a jacuzzi. I should have called beforehand but the jacuzzi isn't working and the pool was freezing. The breakfast was stocked and was great. Our room had a pee smell in it so i felt dirty while i was there. Service was excellent, but won't return.

Hotel needs repair

We weren’t informed that the property was under construction. The hot tub wasn’t working and some of the walkways were blocked off because they need repairs. The hotel was older and hasn’t been updated in years.

Use to be a great hotel years back but has fallen into disrepair. Food options are very limited since they run out and don't restock for days, will be looking for other options when in the area, very sad to see this place so unkept and dirty
