Great for family

We loved the heated pool after our yummy Thanksgiving dinner! The video games, pickleball, ping pong and basket ball game kept all ages entertained. Thanks fir a vest stay.

This place is advertised to sleep more than it accommodates. They don’t have even have enough towels for the pool and for regular use. The two pull out beds were completely unusable. One was broken and the other had a lock on it. We were told to just put the dirty mattresses on the dirty carpet or use blow up ones. That might be acceptable if we were paying a campground fee, but not a VRBO. We didn’t discover this until we went to go to bed so it was very disappointing for our group. Don’t make the same mistake as we did. This unit does not comfortably sleep more than 20. The unit was very dusty and we found food and wrappers from previous guests. The pool and hot tub were great, clean and well maintained.

Spring Break

We loved our stay and was perfect for our spring break. We didn't want to leave and asked for extended stay. My wife and children and grandkids were all accommodated very well. Plenty off room and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable If there was a question we received it in no time. I felt very safe with our 1 and 2 year old grandsons and the pool. The sliding doors were heavy enough they couldn't open them by themselves and our other grand kids played in the pool almost everyday. They all loved it and we will come back and stay. Thank you

Great place to stay.

Check-in was the only issue and it was small. The code to get into the unit didn’t work. It was late and we had small children so it was a little inconvenient. I sent several messages to the company and they did get back to me in about a half hour. They gave me a new code and we were good to go. Absolutely no issues after that.

Family vacation

The property is advertised to sleep 26 which really it is not big enough to accommodate that many people. The two hide-away beds were either broke or in such terrible condition that the kids/young adults all opted to sleep on the floor. Our other thought was if it really can handle 26 people a bigger refrigerator would be advised. Other than these two issues we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved having their own pool and the location as far as proximity to grocery store and parks was excellent. We love St George and definitely will be visiting again. If we bring a large group like this again we would look for a different unit.

Private pool retreat

We booked this for our spring break getaway with 2 other families. The 3 masters and kids bunk rooms were almost perfect. The triple bunk beds are a little snug and the kids didnt sleep on the middle or bottom bunk, but we made it work. The house was clean with great space for the teens and adults. Kitchen is smaller size but was able to accommodate our group of 15 for all meals. Nice weather made it easier to eat on the colder day we couldn't use the outside table and the counter gets crowded when the table is in use. Only a few downsides, we didn't have a sponge or brush to hand wash dishes, we ended up purchasing one. And sharing one fridge between 3 families was a little difficult. Overall we really enjoyed this place and would likely book again.

We have stayed in 20+ vacation rentals in St. George and this ranks in the top 5 for sure! It had most everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, although I would love salt and pepper as a staple. Comfy and well designed. Towels were plentiful! Location is amazing. The pool, it was wonderful. Heated nicely and my kids swam 4 times a day. It was a relaxation trip for us, and we did just that! We hardly left the house because we had everything we needed within the property. Loved it! Will stay again.

Reviewer Comments: really bad, when we got there all the sheets and pillow of the rooms where wet. the 2 sofa beds didn't work. when we call to complain, the guys new about but he just told me they couldn't get new yet. We had to sleep in the floor. I e-mail them to get some refund back because we shouldn't pay for something they offer and they didn't give us but nobody e-mail back. I wouldn't never stay in this house again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed the house & it’s amenities. The grandkids enjoyed the nba game & the ping pong table. The pool at the house was really nice and we enjoyed it daily as it became the highlight of the day and the focal point of our evening gatherings. The intermittent undependable internet was kind of a disappointment. It was on & off several times during the week which made it difficult for those so inclined to watch movies on Netflix, etc.. My wife & I have mobility issues, so just be advised that the house lacks some ADA assistance devices. The downstairs master bedroom walk in shower is huge with two separate shower heads and is very nice, however it doesn’t have any grab bars for assisting with balance to hold on to for safety. The bathroom also lacks grab bars for assistance in the toilet area. I don’t think the house is advertised as being ADA compliant & it is my fault for not asking about the handicap accessibility prior to renting. If possible, those small inexpensive upgrades would be terrific. There were 12 of us ages 15 to 75 and there was plenty of room for our group. The beds were so comfortable & most small appliances were available for our use. The gas grill is a good size & very nice for larger groups. The fire pit made for fun smores making. The location to town for groceries and restaurants was very convenient. We had a great time in spite of the 100 plus degree temperatures. We did not use the community pool or other facilities available to us at the resort. Thank you!

It accommodated our large crowd perfectly!The pool was a ton of fun, the littles we brought had a riot in there. Perfect that its right by the door and you can easily keep an eye on everyone. The rooms were plenty spacious, the bathrooms were excellent!The only bum not was some of the smaller kitchen appliances were not entirely clean. They weren't "filthy" do any degree, but noticeable usage from the previous stay.Overall, we were thrilled to be there!
