Given I couldn’t cancel my reservation, I decided to check in anyway but I could not stay the night. Room is very neglected. Hair on the “clean” towels. Red stains on some towels. Agent who checked me in took forever. He jumped on a personal call when I was trying to check in. It is what is right! You get what you get.

Yes room needs alot of work. First room i got tv was broken. Then switched rooms and tv worked but was very dim like picture tube was going. Asked maintenance to check it out. And nothing. Had to watch tv from my tablet. Not good.
