The team at the hotel was very accommodating, particularly Casey, at the front desk. Close to hiking trails and the beach. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Santa Cruz..

Pete was extremely helpful in helping me log on to the WiFi network. He also served us food on Sunday night as well. There was a mixup as I had reserved three nights, but they only had me down for two nights. The email sent to me indicated 3 nights. It was resolved at the front desk.

The hotel and the room were fantastic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was gigantic. Their gym had top notch equipment as well. I highly recommend this hotel!
