This lovely 95m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift. It is also nestled within a private condominium.

The living room is elegantly furnished and well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax and enjoy the sea views.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The apartment is fully equipped with WiFi and a dedicated desk, providing an ideal setup for remote work.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

There is one parking spot available for those with a car, making your stay more convenient.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Just a stone's throw away, visitors can marvel at the impressive Cristo Rei statue or delve into the island's rich history at the Madeira Story Centre. Praia do Garajau provides a picturesque spot for those seeking a beach retreat to unwind and soak up the sun. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the nearby Palheiro Gardens, a stunning botanical paradise, while golf enthusiasts can tee off at the renowned Palheiro Golf course. Culture buffs can delve into the fascinating world of electricity at the Museu de Electricidade Casa da Luz. At the same time, the Miradouro do Pináculo offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Regarding dining options, the Palheiro Golf restaurant and bar provide a delightful culinary experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Marconi, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport International Cristiano Ronaldo is an 11-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
