This lovely property with traditional Madeiran architecture is located right in the centre of Santa Cruz.
Access to the living area of the property is via stairs, as it is on the first floor of this beautiful house. Comprising two bedrooms, both with double beds, the property has a bathroom with shower; a living room equipped with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare meals during your stay.
Outside you'll find the fantastic garden, where you can contemplate this piece of nature with flowers, aromatic plants and some fruit trees. In addition to this space, you can enjoy the barbecue and outdoor dining area, perfect for socialising with friends or family. Please note that there may be some outside noise during the day, due to the small restaurant downstairs. At night the machines don't work and the space is quiet.
Wi-Fi is available in all areas. This house does not have a private car park. The car park is a few minutes' walk from the property.
The property has a maximum capacity of 4 people.
AREA
Located on the east side of the island, this property in the centre of Santa Cruz is a four-minute drive from the airport (1.8km), a water park and five minutes from the municipality of Machico, known for its bay with its artificial yellow sand beach; the fantastic views from Ponta de São Lourenço, Penha D'Águia or the Portela viewpoint. A few minutes' walk from this flat you'll find the market, restaurants with typical Madeiran cuisine, bakeries and grocery shops, a children's playground, the parish church and Praia das Palmeiras.
From here you have quick access to the motorway that connects the west side to the east side, which will make it easier for you to plan your trips around the island.
Funchal is 15 minutes away by car. If you choose to go to the centre of Funchal, take the opportunity to explore the city (museums, gardens, activities, shopping and viewpoints) and find out more about all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
