Welcome to Seabright Beach! This fantastic 3 bedroom family beach house is a 5 minute walk to the entrance of Seabright beach, and a 10 minute walk over the bike and pedestrian path to the Boardwalk!



The Space:

Nestled on a quiet street in Santa Cruz's desirable Seabright neighborhood, this spacious three-bedroom home offers the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway. Conveniently located within walking distance of local restaurants, cafés, and the Santa Cruz Harbor, it's an ideal retreat for families and groups looking to experience the best of the area.



Please note that this is a multi-level home with several sets of stairs and is not suitable for guests seeking single-level accommodations.



Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming lounge area and convenient half bath. A few steps down lead to the main living space, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sunken living room designed for gathering and relaxing. The primary bedroom, complete with a private en-suite bathroom, is also located on this level.
