Front desk is no help at all . Rude and seems like they don’t know what their doing when it comes to point to explain to you bad explaining. Plus saying not to book with Expedia or any 3rd party because it’s complicated on their side . I’ve traveled to many places and this is my first time I’m disappointed with the service I received and also my stay I don’t recommend the hotel itself it’s really old fashioned. Nothing compared to the pictures

This was reasonably priced and such great service. The room was so clean, morning coffee was perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

There was a gentleman working overnight who is extremely rude and would not provide his name. During the daytime there was a girl by the name of Haley who again was also rude, short, and hung up the phone on me when I was trying to explain a troubled situation going on in the hallway by my room. Aside from that, there was some kind of party going on and then they began to start shooting, there were kids screaming and women crying down the hallways. There was cops everywhere both Friday night and Saturday night during my stay. People were fighting left and right! The noise stopped at 5:00 in the morning which means I have no sleep at all either one of those nights. I will never use or recommend this hotel ever again. I have been calling for the past 2 days to speak to your manager and she has yet to call me back. There has been no acknowledgment of my complaint at all.

I didn't realize it was as far out of Santa Fe as it was. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. There is basically no service unless you request it. They will bring you towels and/or clean your room but only on request. Saturday night was extremely noisy with people coming to their rooms late from the nearby casino

The front desk and lobby was clean and bright, but that’s where it stopped. Everything was worn and dirty. The filter in our a/c unit had not been cleaned in months. Shower was moldy, elevators were dirty and the bath room didn’t have enough towels. I had to go back to the lobby and check one out.
