Overall this was a decent rental with nice views of the city and close to everything. The kitchen was well appointed and the home is warm and cozy.
We thought it was a house, but it is an apartment, the parking spots are very narrow, the windows and the fireplace glass need cleaning, and the sheets and pillows are the worst we've ever slept in as the pillows were overstuffed and the sheets felt like burlap. The downstairs bedroom is dark and we didn't notice until checking out that a fire was possible in that fireplace - it wasn't in the upstairs bedroom where instead they left battery operated candles. None of the candles were operable. The blind on the upstairs bedroom door wouldn't raise up so we missed some of the experience of the views. Having to clean up the house and take the trash with you when you check out was not convenient. One night we shut off the fire and it wouldn't re-start in the morning but the management company was quick to remedy the situation. The stereo is just a boom box with external speakers, not a system throughout the home which would have been nice. Also none of us could log into the WiFi until the last day when I cut and pasted the password.
Overall it's a nice apartment in a good area, but we've been renting in Santa Fe for 20 years and we've certainly got more for our money and had to perform less so I think this is a one and done for us.
