First time we are hearing the name Veronica who I assume was the owner. We dealt with only with a property management company and someone named Robin.We arrived at the casita and it was freezing cold. We adjusted the temp but it took forever to warm up. The bed was supposed the be a queen. It seemed more like a double and was in poor shape. My husband rolled towards me all night. There was only a foot on each side of the bed making it hard to get to the bathroom especially because the couch had been replaced by two leather chairs that partially blocked the way. Kitchen chairs cute but uncomfortable. Microwave on top of fridge so impossible to use since there was no foot stool. No heat in the kitchen area. Learned later that there was baseboard heating but no instruction. Some of available space was taken up by some ones yoga equipment. We left the next morning and hope our VRBO trip insuance will reimburse us.All in all the worst VRBO experience ever and we have been doing this for many years and know the area.
