This property is AMAZING. The pool is incredible. My ONLY complaint is that there's only one location for the elevators and our room was at the far end of the property. My watch stated 500 steps each way. Not complaining really since i definitely got my steps in.

The property itself was large and welcoming, and appeared well-cared for. There were lots of great features, art, and history that was a part of the hotel which was nice to see. While the staff wasn't rude, they also were not very communicative or helpful. We were not given any information on check-in about restaurants, amenities hours, access to areas, etc, and had to ask about everything to know, or just explore and figure it out on our own.

We have been staying here for years used to be so nice by the pool now too many kids. They should not be allowed in my opinion in the hot tub. Played golf at Towa sad to see how bad shape the course is in. Hopefully will get water and repair it needs used to be a beautiful course. Casino was clean and good experience. Rooms are clean sheets super comfortable. Just starting to show some age like us I guess.

We really liked staying here but be prepared to walk a long way to your room. Was quiet with a great bed and very clean. Plenty of food choices and of course the casino was fun but no wins. The pool areas looked great even though we didn’t get a chance to use them. Overall I would stay again.

Great place to stay for a relaxing get-a-way. A bit frustrating when we just got into the hot tub (mid-afternoon) and a worker came up and told us we had to get out so that he could treat the pool and hot tub. Would have thought that they would do that before they opened it for the day and after it closed for the day. There were several families that had to get out as well as us. Other than that, we had a great time.

Nice campus, clean and easy to park and get in and out. Elevators are far from lobby, which was odd in my view. You can’t drink on the casino floor, which is weird. Security Officer very friendly. Room was clean but needs some TLC. Casino was fun, but don’t use the ATM on the floor, go to the one in the lobby so you don’t have to get a cash advance. I thought it was bad that the ATM in the Casino only offers a cash advance but the one in the lobby you can do a regular withdrawal. Bar was understaffed during our stay.

Poor Customer Service

This was the worst experience we have had as of yet at any hotel which is sad to say. We had multiple reservations, my sisters room was not ready at check in which we made clear we had my niece with special needs, went back two hours later and it was still not ready. After no call she went back at 7pm and the woman at the front desk was completely rude and unsympathetic. We have been staying at and supporting BTR for years and today was the first time we were ever not allowed to do a late checkout and were also told we had to leave the pool by noon. We will ensure we stay Tamaya for all of our family get togethers from this point forward…
