The entrance nearest our room wouldn't open with room keycard. One of the beds didn't look like it had fresh sheets. Bathtub needed a good scrubbing. I had seen ratings between 7 & 8 stars for this hotel, but I would give it 4. You get what you pay for, I guess.

When the check in clerk tells you they are talking to someone in their phone- not you- there is a problem When your room has no microwave, no refrigerator and….no mirror- that is a problem. Redeeming value- it was cheap.

The front desk handed us our keys and didn’t even direct us on how to get to our room. No elevator, ice machine upstairs is broken, and plugs in the room did not work.

There is no complimentary breakfast like most of hotels/motels. There’s no refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave in the room. You can tell that the towels are worn out by its color. The faucet/shower are outdated & need to yank hard the handle to make it work.

Room and bathroom are very spacious, well-maintained, updated, upgraded. For guests interested in the fitness room, there was no cardio machine and weight-lifting equipment could be improved. Also wish there was a guest laundry.

There was no refrigerator or microwave. There’s only one available entrance to get into the hotel and a dive bar is connected to the building. The crowd occupying the bar did not seem very welcoming.

It was satisfactory for me... I drive charter buses and was staying for 4 nights until picking up my group to go home... very average room...no decorations...no fridge no microwave no morning breakfast... wouldn't want to stay here if I was on vacation

The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. It seemed like some updates had been done but it was still outdated. There was an odder that may have from old carpets. The swimming pool was empty (no water). The area had a lot of homeless people.
