I failed to calculate the time zone difference. Yes, this was my responsibility. However I was shocked on how big of a unfriendly person the lady at the front desk was. I asked to check in an hour early. She didnt even bother to check if the room was ready. But so kindly offered me a $50 early check in fee. I mean u have a job because customers like myself r spending our money at your establishment. U can't even make any effort? Really? So naturally my son and I decided to occupy the lobby in direct view of her. With all our luggage and stinky road trip clothes. For an hr. Your kindness and dedication to your job is non existent. I truly hope u get fired.

Beautiful, comfortable, despite the loud noise which awakened us middle of sleep. It was the refrigerator and we moved it to look behind the noise and it stopped on its own. Otherwise it was nice.

it is the best place to stay in santa fe for the money. Nothing fancy or upscale. The room was clean, breakfast was pretty good, the hotel overall was clean, maybe a little dated, but for the money its very nice!

Staff was courteous and the breakfast is on par with any Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are dated but clean. Overall, being $150 a night cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express in Santa Fe makes it so worth it!

Room above us was very noisy. If i stay there again i will stay on top floor. Exhaust fan in bathroom needs to be replaced. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. But pancake machine needs to be replaced with a waffle machine like other hotels use.
