The property is exactly as advertised. Clean and walking distance to the Plaza. The garage parking was very convenient since parking is scarce downtown. Future travelers should know to look for the actual parking space number since they are not in order and are not the same as the unit number.
Checked in around 4:30 to two plumbers working on the sink. The freezer side of the refrigerator was not working. The manager did replace the whole refrigerator which indicated to us that this appliance had been an ongoing problem. Same Plumbers attempted a second time to fixing the leak under the sink which resulted in a flooding of the kitchen and hallway that evening. We asked the manager to fix the leak in a more timely manner. (BTW, the manager asked us to wait for the plumber as she took no responsibility for the repair). She took our requests as a personal affront. We did contact the main VRBO management and they quickly solved with problem of the sink with a more capable plumber. The condo is in a great location. The manager of the property is unreliable.
The condo was very nicely decorated and gave the Santa Fe Feel! Location was great. Very cozy bedding and a great shower! Love this place and would stay again!
We rented the unit for a four night stay primarily because the ad showed a cozy looking adobe fireplace and the weather report called for snow. On arrival the first thing we did was to try and turn on the gas fireplace it was not working. The second thing we did was to call the management company. We were told that they could not get anyone to check on it for the entirety of our stay. This lack of service for something we had paid in advance for and had been looking forward to having was very disappointing and put a damper on the entire stay. And yes it snowed two nightsâŠ
Very nice apartment in great location, but poorly managed
Everything was fine about the place: clean, spacious, great location, quiet, up-to-date. However, the management company (Vacasa) does not have its act together. They sent the wrong code for getting into the garage. If we had arrived 30 minutes later, the on-site community manager would not have been there, and we wouldn't have gotten in. Nothing is more important than being able to access a rental! Vacasa also sent too many largely irrelevant emails, which was somewhat annoying

No on site service. When I called for more towels I was told, from the person located in Oregon, that only one towel person was allowed. I was told to go buy towrels if I wanted more!
The lockbox was really difficult to open. Once again no one on site to help. We had to pry it open with a nail file.
