Hard to review fairly. The house had just had some roof repairs and a mishap during that work led to the destruction of the water heater. So we ended up being moved to other accommodations after the one night. The management company did this smoothly and graciously; we think they were top notch in meeting our needs quickly. Otherwise, the accommodations were nicely appointed and we would have enjoyed our stay. I'm sure future guests will enjoy this house as well. Note for all adult occupants: I would rate that the bed in the second bedroom was small for two adults; for one adult or kids, it would be perfect. The price was certainly right for the quality of the accommodations in my opinion. I'd rent it again if only one adult (or kids) were in the second bedroom.
It was a really great property. Amazing New Mexico vibes. Well stocked kitchen with spices everything you could possibly need to make a great meal. Only a few not so great things:
-No propane in grill out back
-Far from downtown and the railyard district
-Over 300 dollars for standard cleaning fees. The only reason I put this aside was that it was labor day weekend. Otherwise a 300 dollar cleaning fee is laughable and an immediate NO, no matter how nice the property is.
This house was fabulous. The Santa Fe Style, the location, the decor, the amenities -- there's not enough room here to convey how wonderful the house was. We loved it.
