Directly opposite is the small marina of Son Serra Nova, where traditional recreational and fishing boats leave and return every day. From the villa, it is a real spectacle to watch them sail.

The house is spread over three floors and has terraces at both the front and rear, where the barbecue is located.

The basement hides an indoor swimming pool measuring eleven metres long by four metres wide (unheated), perfect for swimming in complete privacy at any time of year.

On the main floor, the living-dining room with a fireplace opens onto the sea through large windows. A glass wall separates the space, so that even from the kitchen-dining room you can enjoy the view of the horizon.
