The rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We especially loved the hotel’s authentic historic charm — from the old-fashioned, sentimental phone booths to the beautiful pianos that added so much character.

The inside of that building is truly a trip through a ghostyard of Hollywood's golden age. But not eerie! The building, the details...it's all beautifully preserved. The rooms are generously sized, the plumbing is acceptable, all fixtures and all clean. The pillows could've been bigger, but it was so comfortable there, it didnt matter.

Staf was great, didn't get the room that we were supposed to.They said they upgraded us, but the upgraded room did not have king bed.So not really an upgrade in my opinion
