Superb house just few steps from the sea. The house accommodates up to 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house has just been renovated and is arranged over three levels, which are connected by a wooden staircase. The house is 100 ft from the beach and just 30 ft away you have a grocery store and all the restaurants on the Lingua promenade.
The house overlooks the ancient Roman salt pan (Unesco Heritage) which gives its name to the island.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Punta Lingua Lighthouse. You'll find features such as laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchenette and 2.5 bathrooms in the holiday home.
