BeachWalk Vacations service was atrocious! The fridge was broke when we got there and it was obvious it had been broke before the day we checked in but they chose to tell us the day of check-in. They provided a mini fridge that couldnât support a family of 5. They offered ice but brought it half way through our stay. I requested some form of compensation and they stated they would submit a review after we checked out but 24 hours later theyâve still been non-responsive. This was typical of their interactions during our stay. The unit also barely had enough plates, pots, and pans for a large family. Broken drawers, dirty chairs, and minimal utensils.
We rented this property for the location. Great house trust needs a few upgrades-kitchen supplies needed to be upgraded. The house internet was not working the entire 5 day stay and due to it, we didnât have the ability to watch TV as well. Due tonooor cell service in the area , we. Were not able ton cast or steam our usual services.
I booked this house for a girls trip. The house was beautiful and well furnished. We spent mornings on the screened in porch. The walk to the beach was relatively short and the pool was only steps away.
Property management was unresponsive to questions sent about if there was a chair service and if so, how to reserve.
Upon arrival, four of the five bikes were in no working condition. Property management repeatedly told us they had put in a work order and it was the height of the season and nothing they could do to speed it up. This was a primary criteria in renting so we were unhappy.
The house was lovely and in a great location. House next door was under co structuring and we woke up to noise each morning but understandable.
If I were the owner I would consider another management company.
