Sumewhere in the Sun

We had a wonderful vacation at this condo in Seagrove Beach! Everything was just as described — clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Condo was adequate for a long weekend away! Nothing fancy, but met our needs for a much needed vacation. Bed was comfortable, location was wonderful, just steps from beach access, and everything was clean. Thank you for sharing your home w us!

Fun family getaway

This property was very clean and a great place to stay for a beach getaway with my family. It was so close to the beach and the pool is literally steps away. We loved walking on the nature trail and riding bikes into Seaside. When we had questions, the host was quick to respond. We will definitely be booking again!

Great Location!

This condo is a hidden gem located in a quiet neighborhood across from the beachfront. This place was so close to the neighborhood entrance, it only took 3-4 mins to walk to the beach access! I loved how peaceful it was, just what we were looking for on a beach vacation. Condo is equipped with a grill, kitchen supplies and a shared pool in the neighborhood which was we enjoyed after a long day at the beach. Overall we had a great stay, and will be returning!

Location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. Short walk to get dinner and ice cream. Unit was clean for the most part and well stocked with beach supplies and kitchen supplies. Communication with host was a little spotty.

Great location

Great location to the beach and restaurants. It was literally a 3 min walk to the beach. They do need to mop the floors. Our feet were black after walking around. Will return in the future.

We were looking for a place that was close to the beach for our family of 3 and this was it! This unit is a short 3 minute walk to the closest public beach access. Situated right next to a Mexican and pizza restaurant, we walked over multiple times for dinner. The pool is directly behind the unit, an option if you choose to do something other than a beach day. Everything was very clean and had what we needed for a wonderful stay. If you need anything, you get a response very quickly, which was a bonus. One thing I will note is that you need to get down to the beach early in the morning to claim a spot. The public side of the beach is not big, however knowing that in advance, you can plan and will not have any issues! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and was perfect for our mother daughter vacay. A few concerns. The downstairs toilet was not working properly, I believe it was something with the float. It sounds like there was something jammed in the disposal, I looked but wasn't able to find anything. There is a broken drawer in the dresser in the double bedroom. While the microwave works, it seems like it may be on its last legs. Just wanted to provide some feedback so you all came make the house the best version of itself! Thanks

Location!

It was a great location. Very close to beach access with stairs and a ramp, so very easy to get in and out of beach. Condo was clean and had plenty of what you need in kitchen and lots of bath towels. Make sure you read description correctly because it's not two full baths but rather 1 1/2, I'm sure I overlooked that but we made it work. Also laundry is outside in a closet on the patio, again no big deal but better to know. Lastly the place is older so it was hard to open any doors without anybody else knowing. Every indoor door was getting stuck and creaked like crazy trying to open and close them. Also the rugs could use a cleaning or to be replaced. To end on a good note. We really appreciated having a beach wagon, umbrella and beach chairs saved us from having to rent. Beautiful area!!

Wonderful!

Clean and cozy! Super convenient walk to the beach (public access literally a 3 minute walk) and to the community pool (almost directly behind the back of the condo). Ice cream shop next door was amazing. Only one tub/shower for the 4 of us but a 1/2 bath downstairs. Highly recommend!! WiFi did cut in and out a bit but we just chose not to use it. 😊

We had a awesome stay at this home. They had everything we needed. There was an issue with with one of the appliances and they were there within the hour to take care of it. We would definitely stay here again!

Close to beach and pool

We really enjoyed our week here. It was just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked (but you have to bring extra paper towel, toilet paper, ans garbage bags). We loved we could use a washer and dryer. There is a public close by for groceries and we did a lot of making meals in, as there wasn’t a ton of local restaurants and some were higher priced for a family. We would definitely stay at this townhouse again- comfortable beds, good WiFi and lots of porches to sit on!

Best kept secret in Seagrove!

My family and I decided last minute to take a long over due short beach vacation in May! Boy! Did we hit the jackpot with Cassine Gardens! Our stay at the newly renovated townhouse in Cassine Gardens was more than we anticipated! Perfect location off of 30A and minutes , literally like 4 minute walk to the beach. Not to mention the townhouse is quiet and set back surrounded by trees and nature. We would highly recommend this property to a small family looking for a relaxing but fun and well equipped beach vacation to stay at “Somewhere in the Sun” Cassine Gardens any day! Thanks for the best beach vacation ever!
