This is our second year in a row staying at the 7th Inning Stretch and it is our favorite! The house is even more than what is described. It feels like a home away from home at the beach. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is perfect. It is easy to get to the beach and Seaside. The golf cart is my kids favorite part of the stay and such an added perk. Tiffany and Kevin are great hosts and easy to reach. I HIGHLY recommend this house and we will be staying here again.

Wonderful week in paradise!

This property has everything you could possibly need . Check in was super easy with garage codes. We enjoyed having the golf cart and bikes. We seldom had to drive anywhere, except down to Rosemary Beach for shopping. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils for anything you might want to cook. The 4 porches and outside fire pit area were welcome after a day at the beach. You can walk to the pool in 2 minutes. We would definitely come back on our next trip to Seaside.

Amazing!

Our stay was perfect! The house was perfect for our group of 9. Plenty of space to be together, but also space if you need your own little down time. To say this house is fully equipped is an under statement. Everything you need for the beach is there (beach bag, towels, toys, chairs, umbrella, raft, cooler
). The laundry room & kitchen-all necessities provided. There are a ton of books & games to choose from as well. The outdoor space is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, and safe. Everything you need or want to do in town is a short golf cart ride away. The host is wonderful; very responsive. Book the house; you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful stay in Nature Walk

My family and I have rented houses in the Nature Walk neighborhood over the last six years. This was the most well appointed and nicest property that we’ve rented so far. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes and cooking equipment. We really enjoyed the small backyard with fire pit and bocce ball court. We made use of the beach chairs and umbrella, basketball, pickle, ball, equipment, beach toys, grill, bikes, and golf cart. We comfortably had four adults and four children in the home. We would love to stay there again!

Perfection

This house is perfect! We chose to stay at the Seventh Inning Stretch because of the pictures and the neighborhood and I would say the house is even better in person than the pictures. The host is very responsive and extremely friendly. Everything in the house is very clean and very organized. It is very well stocked and it felt like everything we would need was in the house. The neighborhood is a short drive to the beach. My kids loved going to the beach on the golf cart. The neighborhood pool was fantastic and everyone we talked to talked about how they came back to this neighborhood year after year. We fit 9 people in the house very comfortably and would absolutely stay in this house again.

Family Vacation!

We have stayed in many vacation homes and this one by far has been our favorite. The home is beautiful and the owners put great detail into making sure all your vacation needs are met.... from the bikes and golf cart, everything you would need for beach days to kitchen supplies.

“Home Run” at the 7th inning stretch

Our family really loved our stay. We really enjoyed all the provided amenities, the golf cart, bikes, bocce ball, pickle balls and paddles, ice maker, portable ice chest, beach umbrellas and chairs etc. Tiffany was wonderful to work with. She made sure that we had everything we needed, and it was so easy to get in touch with her. They really “knocked it out of the park!” We highly recommend this vacation home!

Wonderful From Start To Finish

A spectacular host for a spectacular property. You will want for nothing. The golf cart makes everything a breeze. Beach access may seem inconvenient but it really isnt. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time playing bocce ball and pickle ball. Daily trips to Publix was just too convenient. We can't wait to go again.

Fantastic Property!!

Most VRBO's have a few "surprises" upon check-in, but not this one! This property exceeded expectations in every way possible. It was clean, very well equipped, up to date, and great extras like the bikes and golf cart. The backyard was a big plus as well. We played bocci ball and enjoyed the fire pit as well. Tiffany was extremely responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We hope to be back and highly recommend 7th Inning Stretch!

I recently traveled to 7th Inning Stretch with my family. It was a great place to stay. Very clean, great amenities, and super close to Seaside and Watercolor. We would definitely recommend. Tiffany was super responsive with any questions I had and made the stay super relaxing.

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time at the house. It was so spacious, very clean, and Tiffany was just a text away for anything that came up. The golf cart was an added perk. Plenty of outside space to hang out or to escape for a minute of peace. The accommodations and added beach supplies were even better for the kids so they didn’t get bored. The additional ice maker in the garage was an extra benefit for our cooler. We would absolutely stay here again!

I was amazed by the flawless condition of this place. It was evident that great care has been taken to ensuring the property was immaculate and well-maintained. One of the highlights was how well-stocked the property was. Everything I needed during my stay was readily available from kitchen essentials to extra linens and toiletries. It truly felt like home away from home. The communication with the host was outstanding. They were responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly which made the experience more enjoyable. Lastly, I must mention that the pictures of the property simply don’t do it justice. The online photos capture the basic features, but being there in person was a whole different experience. The attention to detail, and the overall ambience of the property far surpassed what I imagined. Rental is well stocked with games, beach supplies, plenty of linens and towels-really everything you could need for your family. There were 10 of us staying and we had abundant room to spread out or gather together. I highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a pristine, well-stocked and well-maintained accommodation. With excellent communication from the host and a property that is even more impressive in person, it truly is a gem worth experiencing firsthand.

Absolute BEST!!!

7th Inning Stretch is was just the perfect house! It's in a lovely area, and Tiffani is the perfect hostess. A golf cart's ride away from the beach, the store, food, and shopping-you really don't want for anything. We enjoyed riding the available bikes, and the backyard beautiful. We enjoyed our family vacation so much, and recommend this property 100%.

This property is the best property I have stayed at along 30A. It was very clean, had extra amenities, and was convenient to all things 30A. It fit our family size perfectly. Tiffany was awesome! She was very responsive to questions during our stay. The bike path is very close to the beach- we rode bikes to the beach several days. We would definitely stay here again!

7th Inning Stretch = HOMERUN!

5 adults and 4 kiddos, plenty of space for all and we enjoyed every square foot. Quiet time in the living room, Phase 10 at the dining table, kids watching tv in the sitting area right off the kitchen, oh and the kitchen 💜💜💜 tons of space to work in and very well equipped . Enjoyed the very comfortable outdoor furniture with coffee, tea and a good book in the mornings. The back yard is spectacular! Bedrooms are spacious with very comfy beds and plenty of pillows. Location - excellent; a short walk to the pool, a splendid bike or golf cart ride to the beach and the grocery store right outside the neighborhood. Oh and did I mention Tiffany the owner? She is the best owner I’ve worked with renting vacation properties. Clearly she has put a lot of thought into the needs of her guests and she was very quick to respond to any questions. Do yourself a favor and and enjoy the 7th Inning Stretch 😃

Good Things are happening At The 7th Inning Stretch

Our first impression of the 7th Inning Stretch was how much thoughtful details the owners put in. We had an adorable welcome packet featuring local information and some great goodies. The property was very clean and decorated perfectly for a beach house. The back porch was a delight to sit on and relax after a day at the beach and pool. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again soon.
