Very Nice Condo & Resort

Very nice condo with beautiful views of the Gulf. Loved that all 7 of us fit comfortably around the large round table for meals. Plenty of furniture for all of us to sit in the living area and talk.

Reviewer Comments: Very clean, except for the coffee pot, which I had to clean, and the dishwasher, which needed sanitizing and the filter cleaned--it had an odor. Our bed was very comfortable, the condo is very well laid out. There are sidewalks for riding bikes or walking to nearby restaurants and shops--Cowgirl Kitchen has great tortilla soup. We needed a little help logistically, and the management went much further than they had to. We WILL stay there again.

The only complaint wehave is that the living room sofa was terribly uncomfortable. Updated seating in the living room would be appreciated.We are thinking of renting this unit again in the summer 2022.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the nicest condo I've ever stayed in on 30-A. Right on the beach, close to the pool(s). Nicely furnished. Only problem is the oven. You can't read the numbers/words on the controls, so you can't tell what temp to set the oven on. Also, the curtain rod in the master is broken. The handle on the door to the patio from the den broke, but they replaced it. But later it locked us out on the patio accidently once.

The only downside was that the gas grill closest to our unit wasn't working all week. Also, the thermostat can't be lowered below 70 degrees. We've been coming to Adagio for over 15 years and can't wait to come back.

A205 was great except for the lack of a bathroom door in the bedroom that has always shared a bathroom (all the other units had this). Unfortunately the beds were horrible as well- very stiff, very noisy and uncomfortable. We would recommend the property but not this unit.

Pros: very helpful and responsive staff (kudos to Todd for helping jump our car in the parking garage!); nicely furnished for our two week stay; great views from the balcony.Cons: narrow, very crowded beach; condo and beach rentals very expensive; frustrating that although beach attendants remained on site after 5:00 pickup, they wanted an extra $30 to leave chairs out for sunset. REALLY? For the price paid, condo could provide a few perks - USB ports would be a nice addition and outdoor furniture could use an upgrade.
