Nous avons terminé la premiÚre phase d'une mise à jour majeure et la rénovation du condo.

Nous avons installĂ© des revĂȘtements de sol en vinyle de luxe dans le salon, la salle Ă  manger, la cuisine et le couloir. La cuisine comporte maintenant des comptoirs en granit et des moulures couronnĂ©es partout, donnant Ă  l'unitĂ© une sensation fraĂźche et mise Ă  jour. En outre, un nouveau LG 50 "tĂ©lĂ©viseur Ă  Ă©cran plat et lecteur Blu-Ray offrent un accĂšs aux principaux services de vidĂ©o en streaming, y compris Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, YouTube et autres. De nouvelles couleurs et de nombreuses autres mises Ă  jour et commoditĂ©s.

Profitez d'une vue panoramique sur le golfe depuis notre charmant condo de deux chambres, deux salles de bains quatriÚme (haut) étage. Le balcon privé du condo et deux ensembles de portes françaises donnent sur le lac privé et le golfe du Mexique. Belles eaux vert émeraude et plages de sable blanc de sucre sont juste en face de la rue. Ce condo de vacances populaire est au coeur de la pittoresque et dynamique communauté Gulf Place et est l'un des condos les plus populaires sur les prestigieux 30-A de Beaches South Walton.

NOTRE CONDO
Couchages comprennent un lit king en maßtre avec salle de bain privée, une romantique «Caribbean Room», avec un lit queen et des couchettes superposés encastrés dans le couloir. Aussi disponible est un 'Pack-n-Play' pour un bébé ainsi que d'une chaise d'appoint et un escabeau pour enfant. Le complexe dispose d'un ascenseur pratique, des barbecues au charbon de bois, et trois piscines (deux chauffées) avec solarium et jacuzzi, courts de tennis et jeu de palets. Notre condo a également WI-FI GRATUIT à partir d'un modem cùble dédié. Le bùtiment dispose également de chariots à bagages pour aider les clients à se déplacer et à sortir.

Si vous ĂȘtes un fan de Google Maps, consultez le lien ci-dessus. Si vous aimez Google Earth, entrez 30 degrĂ©s, 20 '54. 22' N et 36 degrĂ©s, 13 '56. 85' W. Vous pourrez voir les 3 piscines de Gulf Place, 2 courts de tennis, le terrain de croquet et l'amphithĂ©Ăątre.

Gulf Place est calme et paisible (pas de hauts plateaux, de trafic ou de congestion) mais facilement accessible Ă  destination de Destin et de nombreuses attractions de divertissement de Panama City telles que Gulfarium, plongĂ©e sous-marine, parc aquatique Big Kahuna, croisiĂšres aux dauphins, pĂȘche, pistes Ă  chariot, mini-golf , De nombreux restaurants et le Silver Sands Outlet Mall (le plus grand centre commercial de luxe du sud-est). Deux nouvelles Ă©piceries Publix viennent d'ouvrir Ă  proximitĂ©.

Gorgeous condo, Perfect location

We had a fantastic vacation week at this condo. When we arrived it was immaculate. The owner provided all the details needed for a wonderful stay. This condo is well equipped with everything you need. Very nice beach chairs and umbrellas, fully equipped kitchen, and beautiful bathrooms. It is in the perfect location with a lot to do within walking distance. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Excellent!

We loved our recent stay at Anne & Steve's place! The condo was clean, well equipped, and the location was great. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance; we especially enjoyed The Perfect Pig and Shunk Gulley. I traveled with my parents, who usually like to stay directly on the beach, so I was worried about the view. But there was no need to be worried! the view of the gulf was amazing and both my parents did not stop raving about how much they loved the view and the location of this condo. We would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to 30A!

Nice condo in great location

We loved our spring break stay here. The condo was nice, very clean, and close to the beach. It was also a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, etc. We spent evenings enjoying the gorgeous view from the balcony!

Perfect Week Away

Our family travels to Gulf Place every September. This was our 10th year traveling down with our 2 boys and we had another amazing trip! We love Gulf Place because of the close location to the water and the cozy atmosphere. Our condo was awesome! Steve was so easy to work with and stayed in touch with us beforehand and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The furniture looked new in the living room area, there was plenty of dining space and additional seating at the countertop. And of all the condos we have stayed at in the past, we thought this one had the best outdoor furniture of them all! A lounger, 4-seat table and 2 tall chairs that were wonderful to sit in each morning and drink our coffee! They had very nice beach chairs (lots), umbrellas, towels and some pool floats for use as well. The beds were very comfortable too! They really seem to go out of their way to make sure your vacation experience is unforgettable! We even found a binder they put together with pages of restaurant menus and other activities to do in the area. We usually try a different condo each year, but we decided this will be our go to unit from here on out! Looking forward to returning to "Lookout at the Beach" in September 2025!! feel

Great Spot!

This condo was extremely clean and well decorated! We loved having king beds in each room and the view of the ocean from the unit was great! Owner was so easy to communicate with and made our trip stress free! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Stay!

We've stayed at Gulf Place Caribbean before, and this unit was much nicer than previous units. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms were renovated, beds were high quality and comfortable. They had extras like beach chairs, pool towels, etc. It's a short walk to the beach, which is really the selling point of this area - white sandy beaches are spectacular. We had a wonderful time!

We had a four night stay with my elderly parents who have stayed at Gulf place probably 20 times over the years. They are a tough crew and tend to complain, but really, no complaints by them during our stay. The view was wonderful and the condo had everything we needed.

"Lookout At The Beach" is a wonderful place to stay!

Our family just returned from a 5-night stay. This condo has everything you need to have a fun, comfortable and relaxing stay at the beach. The view is stellar. We spent every morning and afternoon eating breakfast and lunch on the balcony looking out toward the gulf and watching the turtles and fish in the pond below. The communication with the owner was exceptional. Their emails and text prior to, during and at our departure provided all of the information we needed to make our stay feel like home. We have been visiting Gulf Place Caribbean for almost 30 years and the location and beach access are the things that keep bringing us back. You can stay here and enjoy the local restaurants without having to travel every time you go out. If you just want to chill, hangout, and relax "Lookout At The Beach" is a wonderful way to do it!

Our stay at Lookout on the Beach was excellent. This condo was exceptional. The location was great but the owners attention to detail was exceptional. Great location

This condo was in such a great location. We could walk to ice cream, pizza, coffee, seafood and a deli in 5 minutes. The heated pool and hot tub was awesome at night and the pool was a short walk across the street. Definitely would stay here again!

We love 30A and this spot did not disappoint. Walking distance to food and coffee. The pool area was clean and the private beach access was great! The communication from the owners was very clear and everything was as they said. Very very happy with this space!

Great gulf view!

We enjoyed our adult weekend with friends and loved the view from this great location in Gulf Place on 30-A! We walked to dinner and breakfast, and were only a short drive to other great areas. It was an easy stroll to the beach. If there is any complaint, it seems to need a deep clean, and there were small sugar ants (little traps were placed around the unit). The sofa and loveseat cushions were very worn and dingy on the fronts. One of the king mattresses could be replaced (think hammock). But overall the unit was in a fabulous location, and generally clean. We should stay here again!

Family vacation

Great location and great condo. It was very clean but there were some ants in the kitchen. I used an ant trap on the counter and it got much better. The dryer did not work but that was at no fault of the owner. He communicated well with us and had a repair guy out quickly to look at it. It was irreparable. Bummer but didn’t ruin the trip! There’s so much to walk to around the condo and the beach access is perfect! We’d stay here again!
